ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product/services of the Alliance Partner through a valid Credit / Debit/ Pre-paid Card/Customer/s of ICICI Bank.

In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Credit / Debit/ Pre-paid Card at the Alliance Partner’s Retail Outlets ( Exclusive Brand Outlet only ) during the Offer Period and shall be required to make payment through the ICICI Bank Credit /Debit / Pre-paid card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.

Communication of the Offer: The Offer shall be communicated to the Customer/s in such manner as ICICI Bank may deem fit in this regard.

    Upto 4% cash-back will be applicable on each transaction of Rs. 50000 and above
    No other offer will be clubbed with above-mentioned TBZ Cash-back offer.
    Any purchase happened under offer, will not be applicable on exchange
    This offer is valid only on purchases of Gold & Diamond Jewellery above Rs 50000 (invoice value & single swiping amount) at TBZ retail outlet through ICICI Debit & Credit Cards within the promotion period.
    This offer will be applicable only for ready stock item billed at the time of doing the ICICI bank card transaction.
    Offer benefit (Max Rs.15000/- slab based) will be upto the extent of ICICI bank card transaction amount received against sales invoice only. 15,000 Rs cash-back is the highest cap on amount of permitted cash-back per single transaction settled under single invoice, per card per day.
    This offer is not applicable for advances activated through ICICI bank credit or debit card.
    Sales Return is not allowed in cases of ICICI cash back offer availed by the customer.

ICICI Bank’s Terms and Conditions:

    ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the TBZ. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the TBZ directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
    ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed by the Card Holder/s under the Program offered by the TBZ
    ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the TBZ or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
    The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by TBZ in this regard.
    ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
    The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
