Offer Period: This Offer shall be valid from 16th August to 31st March 2014

Customer who shall be eligible to the Offer: a) Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product/services of the Alliance Partner through a valid Credit/ Debit/ Pre-paid Card of ICICI Bank.

Communication of the Offer: The Offer shall be communicated to the Customer/s in such manner as ICICI Bank may deem fit in this regard.

Tara Jewel prescribed Terms & Conditions of Offer:

• The offer is valid at all Tara Stores across India.
• The Diamond / Gold Jewellery offer will be valid from 1st July to 31st March 2014
• The offer is valid for all ICICI customer categories ( ICICI Bank Debit / Credit /Pre-paid Card holders)
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash
• Offer Not valid on purchase of Solitaires and Bullion
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other sale, scheme or discount

ICICI Bank prescribed Terms and Conditions: for the Offer

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Tara Jewels. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Tara Jewels store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Tara Jewels.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Tara Jewels or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Tara Jewels in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s
