• “Alliance Partner” shall mean “Savex Technologies Private Limited”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/Master/AMEX), excluding Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit card or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Program/Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Services, during the Offer Period.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean period commencing from Dec 01^st to Dec 31^st, 2021 (both days inclusive).
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner shop.samsung.com
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

The availability of the offer to the customer is on the basis of following premises

• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Card Holders is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Credit Card holders may avail the Offer during the Offer Period
• Offer applicable only on one transaction per Card
• The offer is valid on EMI tenures of 3, 6, 9, 12 & 18 months.
• The offer is not applicable on the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
• Discount offer at participating stores is valid on card swiped at Pinelabs/ Plutus POS terminal

• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

• The Offer will commence on Dec 01^st to Dec 31^st, 2021 (“Offer Period”). 
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till Mar 31, 2022. Post such date, neither Samsung or ICICI Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.
• Under this Offer, Cardholders will get the proposed instant cashback on transactions made using their ICICI Bank Credit Card & Debit Card (EMI and Full Swipe)
• Offer is applicable only on one transaction per Card.
• Cashback offers do not apply on corporate cards.
• Offer not applicable on Amazon pay ICICI Bank Credit card.
• All Credit Card EMI transactions need to be under 'Brand EMI' and applicable as stated in the charge slip.
• Customers are advised to retain their charge slip for 180 days. Samsung disclaims any/all claims or liabilities with respect to the above mentioned offer.
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained only till  Dec 31, 2021. Post such date, neither Samsung or ICICI Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.
• Under no circumstance will the offer/discount being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by ICICI Bank or by Samsung.
• Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer

• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Cards. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card holder/s under the offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant or Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
