Offer Period: 4th July 2014 to 17th August 2014.

Any extension of the above offer period shall be confirmed in writing on mail.

ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product/services of the Alliance Partner through a valid Credit / Debit/ Pre-paid Card of ICICI Bank.

In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Credit / Debit/ Pre-paid Card_at the Alliance Partner’s Planet Fashion Retail Outlets ( Exclusive Outlet ) during the Offer Period and shall be required to make payment through the ICICI Bank Credit /Debit / Pre-paid card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.

Alliance Partner prescribed Terms & Conditions of Offer

• The additional discount shall be applied on the net price that is net of discounts, provided that such value is equal to or greater than Rs.5000.
• In order to avail the discount, the total payment needs to be made using a valid ICICI Bank debit /credit/Pre-paid card.
• Offer is valid at select Planet Fashion stores (Company managed stores).
• Offer is valid on End of season sale (EOSS) discounted merchandise.
• Offer is valid in India except the states of Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
• The discount is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the discount.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
• This offer is applicable for purchases made during the Offer Period.Alliance Partner & ICICI Bank retains the right to change or discontinue the Offer at any time during the promotion period.
• The mutual decision of Alliance Partner & ICICI Bank will be final and binding.

ICICI Bank prescribed Terms and Conditions

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Planet fashion. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Planet fashion directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Planet fashion.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Planet fashion in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
