I. Terms and Conditions prescribed by Planet M & Planet Mobiles
- A customer paying with his ICICI Bank Credit / Debit card can avail a upfront discount of 5% on the net bill value.
- This offer shall be valid from 16th January to 1st March 2015.
- This offer shall be valid across all Planet M & Planet Mobiles stores Pan India.
- This offer is valid only on net bill value of Rs.3000 & above.
- Maximum discount of Rs.2000 per invoice.
- This offer is valid on both ICICI Bank Debit & Credit cards.
- This offer is valid on all categories excluding operator services & gaming hardware.
- This offer cannot be given on telecom products where any kind of offer / discount is given.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with kitty on Telecom products.
- This offer will not be applicable on manual bills & store credit note.
II. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank
- ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Planet M Retail Ltd. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services with respect to products must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Planet M Retail Ltd./ manufacturers directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
- ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed by the Card Holder/s under the Program offered by the Planet M Retail Ltd.
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Planet M Retail Ltd. or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
- The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Planet M Retail Ltd. in this regard.
- ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
- The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
Customer Escalation Matrix Or Process
Any customer escalation pertaining to Product & service of Planet M & Planet Mobile may be dealt at respective Retail outlets . All customer escalation would be dealt / resolved within 7 working days from the date of transaction.
