Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Card" shall mean Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit Card (Visa/Matsercard/Rupay) which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Cardholder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• “Family” shall mean 1 family of 3 persons (i.e. 2 Adult + 1 Child)
• "Facility" shall mean collectively Facility 1, 2, 3 & 4.
• "Facility 1” or “Registration" shall mean the activity of indicating interest in the Offer by either giving a missed call on 7573005555 during the Offer Period during the program period.
• "Facility 2" shall mean top 5 spenders on ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card with best answers for why you love Peppa Pig & have cumulative highest retail (online and merchant outlet) spends by a Cardholder (ATM Withdrawals, cancelled/void, reversed transactions, wallet upload, Insurance, Tax & Mutual Fund payments will not be considered), done on ICICI Bank Credit or Debit, during the Program Period. Offer will be applicable to Cardholder(s) who have registered for the offer. Minimum cumulative retail purchase required to qualify for this offer is Rs. 10,000 per month during offer period. The overall cumulative minimum spends during entire offer period required to qualify are Rs. 1,50,000
• "Facility 3" shall mean next top A* spenders of the city who have cumulative highest retail (online and merchant outlet) spends by a Cardholder (ATM Withdrawals, cancelled/void, reversed transactions, wallet upload, Insurance, Tax & Mutual Fund payments will not be considered), done on ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card, during the Program Period. Offer will be applicable to Cardholder(s) who have registered for the offer. Minimum cumulative retail purchase required to qualify for this offer is Rs. 20,000 during offer period.
• "Facility 4" shall mean next top B^# spenders of the city on ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card (excluding/after the winners of facility 3), who have cumulative highest retail (online and merchant outlet) spends by a Cardholder (ATM Withdrawals, cancelled/void, reversed transactions, wallet upload, Insurance, Tax & Mutual Fund payments will not be considered), done on ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card, during the Program Period. Offer will be applicable to Cardholder(s) who have registered for the offer. Minimum cumulative retail purchase required to qualify for this offer is Rs. 20,000 during offer period.
• City-wise winners and offer dates pertaining to Facility 3 & 4 are as under:

• “Program Period” or “OfferPeriod” in connection to Facility 2 shall mean the period commencing from October 04, 2019 to March 31, 2020 both days inclusive, during which the Facility can be availed by the Cardholder(s)
• “Program Period” or “OfferPeriod” in connection to Facility 3 & 4 shall mean the duration as per table below, during which the Facility can be availed by the Cardholder(s):

• "Prize Offer" or "Prize" shall mean a gift of specified item/s to the Cardholder, in the event of the Facility being availed by a Cardholder, during the Program Period and the necessary criteria for being eligible for such gift having been duly met by such Cardholder and shall collectively include the Prize 1, 2 & 3.
• "Prize 1" shall mean a 3 day 2-night fully paid Family trip to visit Peppa Pig World (UK), which the Cardholder(s) availing Facility 1 & 2 shall be eligible for upon meeting the requisite criteria.
• "Prize 2" shall mean a Family pass to Peppa Pig Live Musical shows to be held in 6 cities in India (viz. - Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi & Hyderabad), which the Cardholder(s) availing Facility 1 and 3 shall be eligible for upon meeting the requisite criteria.
• "Prize 3" shall mean Hamleys voucher worth Rs.250, which the Cardholder(s) availing Facility 1 and 4 shall be eligible for upon meeting the requisite criteria.
• "Retail expenditure" shall mean usage of card on merchant outlets or e-commerce merchants (either on web or mobile platform) for making payment against purchase of any product or services
• VoidTransactions"shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at merchant outlets or e-commerce merchants (either on web or mobile platform) ".
• "Primary TermsandConditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card Services.
• “Wallet upload” shall mean transfer of funds through cards to pre-paid instrument of any bank or merchant without exchange of Goods or Services in one transaction.

II. Offer Details

• The Program is valid for the Cardholder/s only who have received this communication and shall be valid and subsisting during the Program Period, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank. The Cardholder/s shall be required to carry out at least one transaction using his ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card in the Program Period, in order to be eligible for the Prize.
• Offer is valid only for the customers having communication city as Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad.
• Offer is not extended to Corporate, Commercial & Business Credit & Debit Cardholders
• Offer is valid only during the Program Period
• Registration is mandatory to qualify for the offer
• For Prize 1: 5 highest spenders, on ICICI Bank Credit or Debit will qualify for prize 1, provided the cardholder has registered for the campaign and submitted a response for slogan contest on 5676766 in the following format: SMS <GET PEPPA> <Your Answer>. Total of 5 customers will qualify which would encompass both Credit & Debit Card Customers.
• For Prize 2: Next A* highest spenders (excluding the winners of Prize 1) which would be Cardholder(s) from each city from Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi & Hyderabad on ICICI Bank Credit or Debit card will qualify for Prize 2, provided the cardholder has registered for the campaign. Total of A* customers in city will qualify which would encompass both Credit & Debit Card Customers.
• For Prize 3: Next B^# highest spenders (excluding the winners of Prize 1 & 2) on ICICI Bank Credit or Debit card will qualify for Prize 3, provided the cardholder has registered for the campaign. Total of B^# customers in city will qualify which would encompass both Credit & Debit Card Customers.
• 1 customer can qualify for either Prize 2 or Prize 3 not both.
• In case of a cardholder holding both ICICI Bank Credit or Debit card, will not be eligible to qualify for Prizes on both Debit and Credit card. That is, if a cardholder is holding both ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card, and has met Facility 1 and qualifies for Prize 1 or Prize 2 or Prize 3 on Debit and also qualifies on Prize 1 or Prize 2 or Prize 3 on Credit Card, then in that case, this cardholder will qualify only for 1 Prize, either on Debit card or on Credit card (and not on both cards). In this case, highest qualifying prize will be considered for this cardholder.
• ICICI Bank authentication time stamp will be considered as final transaction time
• Charges related to gift tax, customization and other regulatory charges or levies to be borne by the customers
• ATM Withdrawals, void transactions, wallet uploads, Insurance, Tax & Mutual Fund payments will not be considered as valid spends during the campaign period

III. Offer Construct

• The Program construction shall be as follows:
  • The Cardholder needs to indicate interest in the Offer by giving a missed call on 7573005555 through mobile number registered with ICICI Bank during the program period.
• Mega Offer:
  1. -Top 5 spenders with best answers will get a fully paid family trip to Peppa Pig World (UK) (Prize 1)
  2. - Tell us why you love Peppa Pig by sending your response in not more than 150 characters through SMS
  3. - To submit your response SMS <GET PEPPA> <Your Answer> to 5676766
  4. - Offer valid from October 04, 2019 to March 31, 2020
  5. - Minimum monthly cumulative spends required to qualify for Mega offer: Rs 10,000 per month
  6. - Overall cumulative minimum spends during offer period to qualify for Mega offer: Rs 1,50,000
• City Offer:
  1. -Top A* spenders of the city during city offer period will get a family pass to Peppa Pig Live Musical show in your city (Prize 2)
  2. -Next Top B^# spenders of the city during city offer period will get voucher worth Rs 250 from Hamleys during city offer period (Prize 3)
  3. -Minimum spends required to qualify for city offer: Rs 20,000
  4. -City-wise winners and offer dates are as under:

• In case of a tie between two or more Cardholders who have done the highest spends in a Day the Cardholder who has done the first highest transaction during that Day will be eligible for the offer prize, for instance, if Cardholder A and Cardholder B both have spent a total of INR 75,000, which is the highest spend, and Cardholder A had completed the transaction at 10.01 A.M. while Cardholder B had completed the same at 10.11 AM., then Cardholder A will become eligible for the offer prize.

• The winners of the Prize 1 shall be intimated on our website on or before May 31, 2020
• The winners of the Prize 2 shall be intimated on our website within 15 days from offer end date for city offer period.
• E-Vouchers for Prize 3 will be sent to registered email ID of winners of Facility 4 within 90 days of offer expiry date. Incase email ID is not registered with the Bank; ICICI Bank shall be under no obligation to entertain any requests or claims for the Prize. Alternative gift/cash will not be sent in lieu of the voucher to the winner.
• Winners of Prize 1, will be contacted by ICICI Bank within 60 working days of the winners list being published on ICICI Bank website.
• Alternate person, in place of the winner cardholder will not be allowed to avail Prize 1 or 2, that is only the winner cardholder can avail Prize 1 or 2. However, Cardholder shall be allowed to accompany 1 Adult & 1 Child which is as per Prize 1 & 2 mentioned above.
• Transaction which shall not be considered as a valid transaction for the purpose of the Program are: ATM Withdrawals, void transactions, wallet uploads, Insurance, Tax & Mutual Fund payments.
• Customers who have availed gift/ prize of more than Rs. 3 Lakh worth from period Oct 01, 2018 to September 30, 2019 under similar Credit or Debit Card programmes will not be eligible for this offer.

IV. General Terms and Conditions.

• This Program offer cannot be clubbed with any other program that may be made available to the Cardholders by ICICI Bank.
• Any cancellations, reversals or foreclosures on the Card facility, before the dispatch of the Prize will amount to cancellation of the Prize to the Cardholder.
• A Cardholder shall be entitled to only one Prize corresponding to the total amount of the Facility availed by the Cardholder, during the Program Period.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• No substitutions or exchange of Prize, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Cardholder shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Prize or any of them on account of non-availability of Prize, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Cardholder.
• If a Cardholder(s) has more than 1 (one) ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card, spends on the cards cannot be clubbed by the card member in order to qualify for the said offer.
• All visuals/images used in the communication sent to the Cardholder are for indicative purpose only.
• Declaration of winner will be based on Terms & conditions of the Offer & ICICI Bank authentication time stamp for transaction time.

V. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank.

• If a Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder, at any time during the Program Period, all the benefits under the Program shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardholder.
• Delinquent and over-limit Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
• In case a Cardholder cancels or reverses any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the Prize, then the Cardholder shall no more be eligible for the Prize.
• This Program is brought to you by ICICI Bank’s credit and debit cards department and is made available only to Cardholders selected at the discretion of ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Prize.
• In the event any alternative Prize is offered, selection of the same shall be at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the quality, usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Prize, and shall not be responsible if the same, in any way, is found to be non-useful.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Program.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Cardholder from the Program, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• No queries shall be entertained after 120 days from the closure date of the Program Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Prize shall in no event constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• The participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to: ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Phone Banking Group, P.O. Box No. 20, Banjara Hills, P.O. Hyderabad - 500034.
• In all matters relating to the Program, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• The Program is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.

VI. Terms & Conditions prescribed for Prize 1

• Top 5 spenders on ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card, get a fully paid Family trip to Peppa Pig World (UK) for 3 days & 2 nights.
• Total of 5 customers will qualify which would encompass both Credit & Debit Card Customers.

Services include:

• Luxury Accommodation of hotel of a minimum 3-star rating for 2 Adults & 1 Child on sharing basis: Room & Breakfast
• Air travel: from Mumbai/Delhi to London.
• 1 time visit ticket to Peppa Pig World (UK)
• Anything which is not mentioned above will not be covered in this package.
• Detailed itinerary will be shared with winners on their registered contact details.
• Dates for the travel will be determined by ICICI Bank and any change of dates will not be accommodated.

VII. Terms & Conditions prescribed for Prize 2

• Top A* highest spenders across ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card will get a Family pass (3 passes) to Peppa Pig Live Musical shows to be held in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad
• Total of A* customers will qualify which would encompass both Credit & Debit Card Customers.
• For determining winners in each city, Cardholder(s) registered communication contact city will be considered
• City for the show will be determined based on communication address of customer as per the registered contact details
• Dates of the show for contest winners will be selected as per discretion of ICICI Bank in above mentioned 6 cities. Any change in dates for the show will not be entertained
• Winners will be provided ticket details through email or SMS from ICICI Bank or merchant partner before the Peppa Pig Live Musical shows in above mentioned cities
• Details of the show and redemption process will be communicated to winners on their registered contact details
• Anything which is not mentioned above will not be covered in this package

VIII. Terms & Conditions prescribed for Prize 3

• Top B* highest spenders across ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card will get Hamleys e-voucher worth Rs.250 e-voucher excluding winners of Prize 2.
• Total of B^# customers will qualify which would encompass both Credit & Debit Card Customers.
• E-voucher can be redeemed against ‘Peppa Pig Merchandise’ at Hamleys store in India
• E-Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other discount
• Other terms & Conditions as prescribed by Hamleys
