Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean "MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited", which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card credit card and /or any other card issued by ICICI Bank pockets prepaid
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Savings Account Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s who maintain a Savings Account in ICICI Bank.
• The offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Pockets Prepaid Cards or ICICI Bank Savings account on ICICI Bank Quick Checkout option present on MakeMyTrip mobile app. 
• "Offer" shall mean such benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of any products through MakeMyTrip Mobile Android & iOS App only using ICICI Quick Checkout during the Offer Period.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from September 08, 2016 to October 07, 2016.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/ service and ICICI Bank’s Card.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by Alliance partner

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offers

Get 5% cashback to respective accounts on any bookings paid using ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Pockets Prepaid Cards and Savings Account.

Offer description: Get 5% Cashback on any bookings (Maximum cashback of Rs 500)

Offer medium: Android & iOS App only

Booking Channel: ICICI Bank Quick Checkout on MakeMyTrip mobile app.

Applicable methods: ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Pockets Prepaid Cards and Savings Account

• The offer is valid for card / account holders only and shall be valid and subsisting during the offer period (till October 07, 2016)
• The offer is valid only for ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Pockets Prepaid Cards and Savings account holders, who book their travel tickets on MakeMyTrip mobile app selecting the ICICI Bank Quick Checkout as payment method.
• The Cashback would be processed by ICICI Bank and reflected in the statement 60 days after the end of promo offer.
• The offer can be availed only once per profile using the payment option during the offer duration.

III. Other Terms and Conditions

• If the Cardholder / Account holder doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
• Cashback offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by ICICI banks. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by ICICI Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder shall approach ICICI Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer
• In case of credit card, it is applicable to Primary card holder/s as well as Supplementary card holder/s.
• Card Holder/s whose account has been classified as delinquent before or during the currency of the Program, or when the Cash Back is to be credited, will not be eligible for the benefits of the Program.
• In case of a cancelled transaction, the applicable Cash Back amount on that transaction would be debited.
• PAYBACK points will not be credited for transactions where E-Coupon or Deal Code has been applied.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims.
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
