I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Matrix Cellular (International) Services Ltd. (Matrix) who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from January 15, 2018 to July 8, 2019, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e ICICI Bank’s Credit / Debit Card facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
  
  All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

3. Select the sim plan of your choice.

Terms and Conditions:

• The offer can be availed on transactions done using an ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card.
• This offer is valid on all Prepaid SIM cards sold by Matrix and is valid for all ICICI Card holders. There is no additional price being charged for the SIM plastic over the above the price plan, so the SIM card is free.
• The offer is valid only through the Matrix Travel Companion App.
• The offer will be valid till July 8, 2019.
• No discount on SIMs of value below Rs. 500.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions available at MatrixTravel Companion App.
• To avail the discount, you are required to use only ICICI Bank credit / debit card and share PROMO CODE before making the payment.
• Offer is not applicable on COD.
• No two SIM order can be clubbed together to avail the higher benefit.

• Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
• Matrix Cellular & ICICI Bank retain the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.
• The decision of Matrix Telesolutions Pvt Ltd & ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed
• All issues/claims/disputes/complaints from the Customer on issues arising out of or in connection services pertaining to the Cardholder/s holding an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Mastercard credit card and/or ICICI Bank debit and/or any other card issued by ICICI Bank (the “Card/s”) shall be sole responsibility of ICICI Bank.
