III) Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• ICICI Bank Cardholder has to transact for minimum purchase value to qualify for Cashback program.
• Maximum cashback of Rs 4000 per card during the offer period for all eligible brands
• Offer will be applicable on ICICI Bank Credit only.
• Cashback will be posted to all qualifying transactions within 90 days once the offer period ends
• This offer can be redeemed only once per card per eligible brand
• The Cardholder must transact for a minimum invoice value to be eligible for the offer.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer
• The offer will be valid during the promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of eligible brands and ICICI Bank
• Reliance Brands Ltd. and ICICI Bank have the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period
• The decision of Reliance Brands and ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained

IV) Terms and conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by eligible brands
• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with brands store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by eligible brands
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the brands or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by eligible brands
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
