Terms & conditions for Diti Jewellers

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean "Diti Jewellers", who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• The offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Creditcard ,Debit Cards, netbanking customer, on ICICI Bank payment gateway, whether provided by ICICI Bank, or any other service providers appointed by ICICI Bank. Partner can use other gateway for the above said promotion if the ICICI gateway is down or if the gateway is having functional issues on mutual consent. Also partner to ensure that the site is not down or shut down during the promotion period as defined above. Except planned downtime or due to reasons beyond the control of partner.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) / benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of available product categories at Diti Jewellers using ICICI Bank Creditcard, Debit Cards, Net banking services during the Offer Period.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from 1stJune,2014 to 30th September,2014, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s , Credit card, Debit card, Internet banking facility/ service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Website" shall mean website of the Alliance Partner.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Terms and Conditions prescribed by Shrenuj Lifestyle/Diti Jewellers

• This offer is only applicable between 1st June, 2014 to 30th September ,2014 Pan India (including both dates).
• This offer is applicable on Diti Diamond Studded Platinum & Gold Jewellery products at the retail stores ( Offer not valid on Solitaire collection).
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.
• This offer is Pan India, for list of stores please visit the Store location page on www.ditijewellery.com
• The offer cannot be redeemed for cash
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other voucher, promotional offer, scheme or discount promoted by SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED and ICICI bank.
• This Offer can be availed by ICICI Bank Card holder by purchasing any product(s) from any of the Diti Outlets located across India and making payment through ICICI bank Credit/ Debit / Pre-paid Card(s). The customer can refer the list of stores on www.ditijewellery.com.
• This Offer shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained herein ("Terms").
• The products purchased by the Card holders from the SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED Outlets will be covered under the standard terms and policy of SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED.
• SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED and ICICI Bank reserves the right to withdraw this Offer any time without any prior intimation to the Card holders, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Offer.
• In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with this Offer, the decision of SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED and ICICI bank shall be final and binding on all concerned.
• This Offer is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
• The act of availing this Offer by the Card holder shall be an acceptance by the Card holder of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
• Any dispute relating to discount to the Card holders etc shall be referred to SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED and SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED shall be solely responsible for addressing such concerns of Card holders.
• The terms of this Offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

III. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by SHRENUJ LIFESTYLE LIMITED in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean "E - Gitanjali", who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• The offer will be applicable on the use of ICICI Bank Creditcard ,Debit Cards, netbanking customer, on ICICI Bank payment gateway, whether provided by ICICI Bank, or any other service providers appointed by ICICI Bank. • "Alliance Partner" shall mean "Pure Gold Jewellers & Diamonds (I) Pvt. Ltd." (www.pugold.com) who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing the Offers.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI Bank Net Banking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER/AMEX Debit Card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER/AMEX Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank Savings Account, VISA/MASTER/AMEX Credit Card account(s), loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card Credit Card and/or ICICI Bank Debit Card and/or ICICI Bank Prepaid Card any other card issued by ICICI Bank.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER/AMEX Debit/Credit Card or ICICI Bank Net Banking services.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from July 20, 2014 to September 30, 2014, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following "website" of the "Alliance Partner" www.pugold.com.
• "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the "website" of the "Alliance Partner".

III. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• The Offer is sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.

Terms & Conditions for Tara Jewellers

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean "Tara Jewellers." who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing the Offers.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI Bank Net Banking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER/AMEX Debit Card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER/AMEX Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank Savings Account, VISA/MASTER/AMEX Credit Card account(s), loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card Credit Card and/or ICICI Bank Debit Card and/or ICICI Bank Prepaid Card any other card issued by ICICI Bank.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER/AMEX Debit/Credit Card or ICICI Bank Net Banking services.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from 1st June 2014 to 31st March 2015, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following ""website"" of the "Alliance Partner"
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance Partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the products offered by the Alliance Partner on its website.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• 10% off on making of gold jewellery.

Offer Period: This Offer shall be valid from 1st June 2014 to 31st March 2015.

Customer who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product/services of the Alliance Partner Retail outlet through a valid Credit/ Debit/ Pre-paid Card of ICICI Bank.

Communication of the Offer: The Offer shall be communicated to the Customer/s in such manner as ICICI Bank may deem fit in this regard.

II. Terms and Conditions as prescribed by Tara Jewellers

• The offer is valid at all Tara Stores across India.
• The offer is valid from 1st June 2014 - 31st March 2015.
• The offer is valid for all ICICI customer categories.
• Payment needs to be made on swipe of ICICI Bank Credit / Debit / Pre-paid cards.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Not valid on purchase of Solitaires and Bullion.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other sale, scheme or discount.

III. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Tara Jewels. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Tara Jewels store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Tara Jewels.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Tara Jewels or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Tara Jewels in this regard.
