• ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase  of the product/services of the Alliance Partner through a valid Credit or Debit Card of ICICI Bank.

Bestseller prescribed Terms & Conditions of Offer :

• The Gift voucher / discount shall be applied on the net price that is net of discounts, provided that such value is equal to or greater than Rs.5000.
• The offer shall be applicable on the MRP of the products (inclusive of all taxes) and shall be calculated on the total value of the transaction. The offer shall be available on all the products/services of including garments and accessories.
• In order to avail the discount, the total payment needs to be made using a valid ICICI Bank debit or credit card.
• Maximum Gift voucher per bill under the Offer will be Rs.  500 Only.
• The Gift voucher is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the discount.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
• The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
• All terms and conditions as given on the gift voucher need to be adhered to
• This offer is not valid during the END of SEASON SALE periods.
• Bestseller & ICICI Bank retains the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.
• The decision of Bestseller & ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
• All issues/claims/disputes/complaints from the Customer  on issues arising out of or in connection services pertaining to the Cardholder/s holding an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card credit card and/or ICICI Bank debit and/or any other card issued by ICICI Bank (the “Card/s”) shall be sole responsibility of ICICI Bank
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Bestseller. Any dispute or claim   regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Bestseller directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Bestseller.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Bestseller or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Bestseller in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
