I)DEFINITIONS

• “Alliancepartners” shall mean “Genesis Luxury Fashion Private Limited, GLF Lifestyle Brands Private Limited, V&B Lifestyle India Private Limited and Optimum Luxury Retail Private Limited” who have entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s” forthepurposeofthisOffershallmeanapersonholdsavalidICICIBankVISA/MASTERDebitcardorholdsavalidVISA/MASTERCreditCardissuedbyICICI BankandwhohasreceivedcommunicationfromICICIBankwithrespecttotheOffer.
• “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean Debit card/Credit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• “Offer” shall mean cashback provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Debit/Credit Card.
• “OfferPeriod” shall mean the period commencing from 25^th June, 2018 to 15^th July, 2018, both days inclusive.
• VoidTransactions"shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the brand outlet of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary TermsandConditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service .
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Offer details:

• Get 10% cashback on minimum spends of Rs 25,000
• Maximum cashback of Rs 5,000 per card per brand
• Offer valid from June 25 to July 15, 2018
• Offer valid at participating brand outlets pan India.

Steps to avail the offer:

• Visit any outlets of participating brand outlet
• Select the products of your choice
• Make the payment using ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card.

Terms and Conditions Prescribedby Alliance Partner

• The Customer is eligible for availing the Offer who shall purchase products of participating brands having worth of Rs 25,000/- or more in a single transaction during the Offer Period.
  Additional 10% cashback is valid on purchase of products of the following participating brands : Michael Kors, Coach, Villeroy & Boch, G-Star RAW, Paul Smith, Luxe Bridge, Satya Paul & Satya Paul Accessories
• The offer is valid on purchase made through the outlets of these brands at cities where they are present.
• Minimum purchase amount for availing the Offer shall be Rs. 25,000
• Maximum amount of cashback per card shall be Rs. 5000
• Offer is valid on ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards only.
• Offer valid only on one purchase per card during the offer period
• Offer is valid till 15th July,2018.
• The Offer cannot be clubbed or bundled with any other past, present or future offer, scheme, of the Alliance partner.
• Alliance partner reserves its rights to discontinue or extend the offer period and add/ delete/ modify any or all the terms and conditions of the offer.
• Offer is not valid on Business, Commercial & Corporate Credit Cards

V)Terms and conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

a)Terms and conditions prescribed ICICI bank Credit & Debit Card Holders

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the alliance partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / offer availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the alliance if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the alliance or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Offer is sponsored by the alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the alliance Partner in this regard.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such alliances cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Cardholder ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank Cardholder.
• No two offers can be clubbed or availed together
