Offer: 10% cashback on purchase of Rs. 6,000 and above on using ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards at exclusive GAP Stores only.

Maximum cashback of Rs. 1,000 per transaction

1. Offer Period: 29th September to 22nd October, both days inclusive
2. ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product at exclusive GAP Stores through a valid Credit / Debit Card of ICICI Bank.
3. In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Credit / Debit Cardat exclusive GAP outlets PAN India during the Offer Period and shall be required to make payment through the ICICI Bank Credit /Debit card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.

GAP (Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd) prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• The offer can be availed only on transactions done using an ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card.
• Under this offer, ICICI Bank Customers will get 10% cashback on purchase of Rs. 6,000 and above using the ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards. Maximum cashback will of Rs. 1000 per transaction.
• Cashback will be credited in to customers account within 90 days after the end of the offer period.
• Any cashback escalation after 90 days shall be addressed on a case to case basis for another period of 60 days.
• Cashback will not be valid on online purchase
• The offer can be availed at all exclusive GAP stores operated by Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Indore, Chennai and Pune.
• Offer will be valid from September 29, 2017 to October 22, 2017.
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other voucher that a customer might have received from GAP (Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd) or ICICI Bank.
• All standard Terms & Conditions of GAP (Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd) will apply.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to GAP (Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd) at gapindia@arvindbrands.co.in.
• Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only.
• Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the offer at any time without notice.

• Customer to visit any exclusive GAP Stores
• Select the products of their choice
• Make payment using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card.

ICICI Bank prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by GAP (Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd). Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with GAP (Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd) directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by GAP (Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd).
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Alliance Partner or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by GAP (Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd) in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
