Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Shree Balaji Ethnicity Retail Ltd ,who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA /Mastercard/Rupay), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from June 13 to August 20 , both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Credit / Debit Card facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the Goods / services of the Alliance Partner, more particularly pertaining to Alliance Partner’s Brands, being purchased by the Customers.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

OFFER DETAILS :

• Additional 10%cash back*on minimum purchase of Rs 3,000 usingICICIbankCredit / Debitcard atEthnicityoutletsPAN India.
• Maximum cash back Rs 500 per card
• Offer Period: 13 June 2019 (“Effective Date”) to 20 August , 2019
• ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product/services of the Alliance Partner through a valid Credit / Debit Card of ICICI Bank.
• In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Credit / Debit Card at Ethnicity outlets during the Offer Period and shall be required to make payment through the ICICIBank Credit /Debit card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.

Terms&Conditions:

• The additional cashback shall be applied on the net bill that is net of sale discounts, provided that such value us equal to or greater than Rs. 3000.
• In order to avail the cashback, the total payment needs to be made using an ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card.
• Maximum cashback under the offer will of Rs. 500 per card.
• Cashback will be credited in to customers account within 90 days after the end of the offer period.
• Any cashback escalation after 90 days shall be addressed on a case to case basis for another period of 60 days.
• The cashback is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the offer.
• The offer is applicable for purchases made from 13 June 2019 to 20 August , 2019 (both days inclusive)
• The offer will be valid during promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of Ethnicity & ICICI Bank.
• Ethnicity & ICICI Bank retains the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.
• The decision of Ethnicity & ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence is this reward will not be entertained.
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.
• All standard Terms & Conditions of Ethnicity will apply.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to Ethnicity at Seva.Ethnicity@ethnicity.in.
• Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Ethnicity. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Ethnicity directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Ethnicity.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Ethnicity in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s
