• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / Mastercard / ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card or Debit Card issued by ICICI Bank, that is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period (does not include ICICI Bank EMI Card, Corporate Card, Business Card).
• "Cardholder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• “Alliance Partner” shall mean “Ethiko Para Ti Pvt Ltd” who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Offer”: 15% discount on purchase of products on www.ethikoforyou.com.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
• "Offer Period" shall mean period commencing from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 (both days inclusive)
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.

2) Customer who shall be eligible to the Offer:

• ICICI Bank Debit cardholder/s
• ICICI Bank Credit cardholder/s

3) In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to visit online on the Alliance Partner’s Website www.ethikoforyou.com and shall be required to make payment through the debit or credit cards held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.

Offer Period: October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021.

2. ICICI debit and credit card holders only.
3. Offer valid only for prepaid orders. Offer not valid for cash on delivery orders.

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by eligible brands
• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with brands store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by eligible brands
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the brands or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by eligible brands
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
