I: TERMS PRESCRIBED BY THE ALLIANCE PARTNER

• The Offer is valid till 30-June-2017.
• Under this offer, cardholder get 15% discount on a minimum billing of Rs 750. Offer is not valid on Products, Bridal makeup packages, Series package.
• The Offer is available only on making full payment by a valid and unexpired MasterCard World/ MasterCard Platinum/ MasterCard Titanium card issued in India.
• Cardholder needs to indicate intention to avail of the Offer before the bill is generated and may be asked to present the card for confirmation.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/ promotion/ scheme.
• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.
• Cardholder is required to pay any applicable service charges and taxes

• Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any participation shall be voluntary and all participants understand, acknowledge and agree that the Offer is purely on a best effort basis and MasterCard does not assume any liability whatsoever regarding the Offer, the delivery of services or any incidental matter.
• Any cardholder who utilises, participates in, or attempts to utilise or participate in the MasterCard Card Offers program, irrevocably agrees to the following: MasterCard will not be liable under contract, tort or any other theory of law for any claim regarding loss or damage howsoever incurred in relation to the use (or attempted use) of the Offer; and accordingly, the cardholder will not make any claim against MasterCard regarding the same.
• Any claims, complaints or issues regarding service, quality or products etc. need to be made to Enrich Salon directly and MasterCard or the issuing bank will not be responsible for the same.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
• Each benefit/ privilege may be subjected to additional terms and conditions imposed by Enrich Salon. Cardholders are solely responsible for checking and complying with the same.

II: GENERAL TERMS

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit & Debit Card User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit & Debit Card User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit & Debit Card User/s.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance Partner, only as mentioned in the terms & conditions.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Mastercard Credit/Debit Card User ceases to be ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit/Debit Card User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Master Card Credit/Debit Card User.
