Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Diti Jewellery

1. This offer is only applicable between 1st October, 2013 to 31st March, 2014 Pan India (including both dates)
2. This offer is applicable on the products at the stores ( Offer not valid on Solitaire collection)
3. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer
4. Offer does not stand valid on solitaire collection.
5. This offer is Pan India, for list of stores please visit the Store location page on www.ditijewellery.com
6. Valid for payments made by ICICI Bank Debit Cards.
7. The offer cannot be redeemed for cash
8. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other voucher, promotional offer, scheme or discount promoted by Diti jewellery and ICICI bank.
9. This Offer can be availed by ICICI Bank Card holder by purchasing any product(s) from any of the Diti Outlets located across India and making payment through ICICI bank Debit Card(s). The customer can refer the list of stores on www.ditijewellery.com.
10. This Offer shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained herein ("Terms").
11. The products purchased by the Card holders from the Diti jewellery Outlets will be covered under the standard terms and policy of Diti Jewellery.
12. Diti Jewellery and ICICI Bank reserves the right to withdraw this Offer any time without any prior intimation to the Card holders, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Offer.
13. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with this Offer, the decision of Diti Jewellery and ICICI bank shall be final and binding on all concerned
14. This Offer is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
15. The act of availing this Offer by the Card holder shall be an acceptance by the Card holder of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
16. Any dispute relating to discount to the Card holders etc shall be referred to Diti jewellery and Diti Jewellery shall be solely responsible for addressing such concerns of Card holders.
17. The terms of this Offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

ICICI Bank Terms and Conditions:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Diti Jewellery. Any dispute or claim   regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Diti Jewellery directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Diti Jewellery.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Diti Jewellery or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Diti Jewellery in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
