I) DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance partner” shall mean Con and Kings Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Netbanking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card/Prepaid card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “ICICI Bank Net Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean Debit card/Credit card /Prepaid card /Gift Card/Pockets shopping card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Pockets" shall mean the Pockets by ICICI Bank Digital banking mobile application on which both existing ICICI bank customers and non ICICI bank customers can get on-boarded. For existing ICICI Bank savings account customer/s, on-boarding can be done through their ICICI Bank internet banking user ID and password whereas for non ICICI Bank users, on-boarding can be done by entering minimum details such as mobile number, name and address along with pin code, and a new ICICI Bank user ID and password can be created.
• “Pockets Wallet” It refers to ICICI Bank virtual semi closed prepaid instrument having a monthly transaction limit of Rs. 20000/-.
• “Application” refers to Pockets mobile application of ICICI Bank which can be downloaded from iOS App Store and Google Play store for Android mobile operating systems to avail products and services offered by ICICI Bank through this mobile application
• “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Debit/Credit/Prepaid/Gift Card or Net Banking services.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from August 01, 2017 to December 31, 2017, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following "website" URL: www.icicibank of the "Alliance partner"
• Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• This offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
• This offer is designed for retail b2c customers only and is Strictly Not Valid for bookings made by any travel agent, corporate etc or any person for commercial purposes.
• This offer is valid for domestic air tickets booked on Air India(AI), GoAir, IndiGo, Jet Airways (9W) and SpiceJet only through Cox and Kings Ltd. from 1^st Aug 2017 till 31^st Dec 2017.
• Offer is valid for bookings made using your ICICI Credit & Debit Cards or Net Banking only. Payments made through any other payment options are not eligible under the offer.
• A maximum of 20 tickets which would be on basis of per passenger per ticket, can be booked using the same debit / credit card or bank account or by same user, during this offer period.
• Bookings have to be made online on our website www.coxandkings.com only.
• Flat Cash back of Rs. 600 on domestic return ticket, minimum transaction amount of Rs 8,000. Applicable Fees and Surcharges will have to be borne in full by the customer.
• To avail the offer, kindly enter and validate "CNKFLIGHT" in the Promo code section on the payment page. Note - validation of promo code does not guarantee cash back, terms and conditions have to be met.
• On validation of the promo code, an instant discount of Re. 1 will be given. The amount will reflect in your card account within 21 working days depending on your bank.
• Cox and Kings Limited reserves the right to reverse any excess and/or ineligible amount credited into the customers' card or account, without any prior consent from the customer.
• The offer is valid for Adult and Child bookings only. This offer is not valid for Infant bookings.
• All tickets would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard airline terms and conditions
• Cancellation charges / date change penalties will be applicable as per the airline rules for all tickets purchased through this promotion.
• Apart from the amendment / cancellation charges levied by the airlines, Cox and Kings Limited will charge applicable service fee and a handling fee of Rs. 400/- per ticket per person for all amendments / cancellations. Refunds if any will be processed only after deducting the same. There will be no refund on partly utilized tickets.
• Cash back amount will be reversed in case of any cancellation.
• This promotion is funded from a special promotional budget created by Cox and Kings Limited.
• Cox and Kings Limited reserves the right to add or withdraw any airline from the offer during the promotion period.
• Cox and Kings Limited shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by the Airlines which is not within the control of Cox and Kings Limited.
• All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
• Cox and Kings Limited reserves the right to change or withdraw the Offer, any time at the sole discretion of the Management. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.

• The Offer is not open to the relatives and employees of Cox and Kings Limited and its associate companies.

• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.

b) Terms and conditions prescribed ICICI bank Credit & Debit Card Holders

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the alliance partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / offer availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the alliance if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the alliance or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Offer is sponsored by the alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the alliance Partner in this regard.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such alliances cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
