Additional 10% discount at Big Bazaar/Food Bazaar/FBB/E-zone on a single minimum purchase of Rs. 1,500/-

• Offer Period: March 23, 2018 to April 30, 2018 (Both days inclusive).
• ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product/services of the Big Bazaar / Food Bazaar through a valid ICICI Bank RuPay Debit Card.
• In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Bank RuPay Debit Card at the Big Bazaar/Food Bazaar/FBB/E-zone during the Offer Period and shall be required to make payment through the ICICI Bank RuPayDebit card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.
• Communication of the Offer: The Offer shall be communicated to the Customer/s in such manner as ICICI Bank may deem fit in this regard.

Big Bazaar prescribed Terms & Conditions of Offer:

• This marketing programme (Programme) is from ICICI Bank under an arrangement with Future Retail Limited (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid ICICI Bank RuPay Debit Card (“Cardholder”)
• The validity of the programme is from March 23, 2018 to April 30, 2018 (Both days included) unless extended by Bank and Merchant by mutual consent in writing
• ICICI Bank RuPay Debit Cards refers to cardholders who to whom ICICI Bank RuPay Debit Card is issued, shall be eligible to avail the offer.
• Offer shall not be applicable on Corporate cards.
• Under this Programme:
• A cardholder who swipes his/her ICICI Bank RuPay Debit Card for a single purchase of Rs. 1,500/- and above can avail additional 10% discount on each qualifying transaction at the participating merchant stores (i.e., at Big Bazaar/Food Bazaar/FBB/E-zone).
• Maximum discount of Rs. 250 per transaction.
• Maximum 1 transaction per month is eligible for additional discount so total 2 txn is eligible i.e. one transaction for each month – March 23, 2018 to April 30, 2018.
• Cardholder can avail additional 10% discount on the billing value, net of discount if any, from the merchant.
• Multiple transactions summing up to Rs.1,500/- on a ICICI Bank RuPay Debit Card level will not be eligible for the offer.
• Offer discount will be processed by Big Bazaar/Food Bazaar/FBB/E-zone at the billing counter at the time of purchase and will reflect on the bill.
• The discount is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the discount.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other bank/card scheme offer at the stores.
• One product cannot be bought and billed into two or more invoices i.e. minimum one product will have to be billed on one invoice for a minimum billing amount of Rs. 1,500/- & above to avail this offer.
• All Customer Queries/dispute on the offer should be raised within 3 days from invoice date. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the charge slip and Invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation. Post such date, Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any cardholder.
• All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc., that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders apart of this discount offer as mentioned in the communication.
• Offer cannot be exchanged in form of cash/gifts.
• Bank does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the programme and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole liability to Merchant.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on our website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Bank under no circumstances shall be responsible towards the same.
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable.
• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
• Bank reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Programme at any time with prior notice to the Cardholders.
• ICICI Bank RuPay Debit Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in the Programme. Any such participation will be voluntary.

ICICI Bank Prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Big Bazaar / Food Bazaar. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Big Bazaar / Food Bazaar directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Big Bazaar / Food Bazaar.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Big Bazaar / Food Bazaar or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Big Bazaar / Food Bazaar in this regard.
