Offer Period:

• Customer who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product/services of the Alliance Partner Exclusive Retail outlet through a valid Credit / Debit/Pre-paid Card of ICICI Bank.

Terms & Condition Prescribed by Basicslife

• 5% Additional Cash-back on using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit/Pre-paid cards on all purchases made at exclusive Basicslife store during the Sale period ( 25th December to 2013 31st January 2014 both days inclusive) for a minimum purchase value of Rs. 2999 and more.
• Offer Period: 25th December 2013 to 31st January 2014 (both days inclusive) at Exclusive Basicslife store only
• In order to avail the discount, the total payment needs to be made using an ICICI Bank debit/ credit/ pre-paid card only.
• The Offer is valid on a single purchase/transaction above Rs.2999.
• No cap on maximum cash-back amount.
• Cash-back will be processed to respective customer account within 45 days, post the offer period ends.
• The discount is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the discount.
• Offer applicable only at Exclusive stores of Basicslife PAN India.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer in the store
• Loyalty points will not be awarded for the cash-back offer transactions
• No cash refunds.
• This Cash-back offer is applicable for purchases made from 25th December 2013 to 31st January 2014 (both days inclusive) (both days inclusive).
• Basicslife & ICICI Bank retain the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.
• The decision of Basicslife & ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

ICICI Bank prescribed Terms and Conditions for the Offer

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Basicslife store. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Basicslife store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Basicslife .
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Basicslife or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Basicslife in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
