Offer: 10% instant discount on purchase of Rs. 5,000 and above on using ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards at exclusive Global Desi & Global Desi and AND Stores only. Maximum discount of Rs. 1,000 per transaction.

1. Offer Period: 29th September to 22nd October, both days inclusive
2. ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product at exclusive Global Desi & Global Desi & AND Stores through a valid Credit / Debit Card of ICICI Bank.
3. In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Credit / Debit Card at exclusive Global Desi & Global Desi and AND outlets PAN India during the Offer Period and shall be required to make payment through the ICICI Bank Credit /Debit card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.

Terms and Conditions prescribed by AND (House of Anita Dongre Limited):

• The offer can be availed only on transactions done using an ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card.
• Under this offer, ICICI Bank Customers will get 10% instant discount on purchase of Rs. 5,000 and above using the ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards. Maximum discount will be of Rs. 1,000 per transaction.
• Offer will not be valid on online purchase
• The offer can be availed at all exclusive Global Desi & Global Desi and AND stores across India
• Offer will be valid from September 29, 2017 to October 22, 2017.
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other voucher that a customer might have received from AND & Global Desi or ICICI Bank.
• All standard Terms & Conditions of AND will apply.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to AND at customercare@houseofanitadongre.com.
• Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
• •Any query regarding the programme will be entertained till 10th November 2017. Post such date, Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any cardholder.

Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by AND (House of Anita Dongre Limited). Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with AND (House of Anita Dongre Limited) directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• Any query regarding the programme will be entertained till 10th November 2017. Post such date, Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Programme from any cardholder
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by AND (House of Anita Dongre Limited).
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Alliance Partner or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by AND (House of Anita Dongre Limited) in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
