Definitions

• "Alliance Partner” shall mean" Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited on the website www.amazon.in the mobile application and mobile site thereof (collectively "Amazon.in").” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Credit and Debit card holders" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for the purposes of ICICI Bank credit and debit card services and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card(VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Mastercard), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Cards, during the Offer Period
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period September 1, 2018 to September 2, 2018, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s internet banking/cards facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been unsuccessful /canceled /rejected by the Alliance Partner.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• Get cashback of 10% on purchase of Amazon Fire TV Stick with ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card.

Offer details:

• Offer valid from September 1 to September 2, 2018
• Offer applicable on Credit and Debit Card transactions done at Pine Labs terminals and www.amazon.in
• Minimum spends: Rs 3,000
• Maximum cashback per card: Rs 800
• Cardholder needs to retain the copy of the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine charge slip for a period of 180 days
• Cashback would be credited on or before November 2, 2018
• Offer not applicable on Business, Corporate and Commercial Credit Cards.

Alliance Partner Offer Terms and Conditions

• This offer ("Offer") is made available by ICICI Bank Limited ("Bank") and Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited on the website www.amazon.in, the mobile application and mobile site thereof (collectively "Amazon.in").
• These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
• All residents of India holding a valid credit or debit card issued by the Bank (each a "Card") are eligible to avail the Offer (each a "Cardholder").
• The Offer is valid from September 1, 2018 to September 2 to 2018 or until stocks of the Products last (defined below) that are made available on Amazon.in or merchant stores wherever PineLabs EDC machine is available, whichever is earlier ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.
• Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases a Amazon Fire TV Stick ("Product") on Amazon.in or merchant outlets at Pine Labs EDC machine and makes payment for the Product using the Card (issued by the Bank), will be entitled to receive a cashback equivalent to 10% (ten per cent) of the price of the product. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the cashback amount of 10% (ten per cent) under this Offer will be provided on the net value charged on the card.
• Each Cardholder can avail a maximum cashback of INR 800 (Indian Rupees Eight Hundred only) per Card under this Offer, irrespective of number of purchases during the Offer Period.
• The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) will also eligible for this Offer.
• This Offer is also applicable on payment made by customers using the 'Card on Delivery' payment option provided that: (a) the order for the Product is placed by the Cardholders on the Amazon.in during the Offer Period; and (b) the Cardholder, at the time of delivery of the Product, makes the payment via card accepting machine carried by the delivery associate using the Card. In the event, for any reason, the card accepting machine is not available or is not working, the customers will not be entitled to avail the Offer. Cardholders who complete the purchase transaction using this payment method will be entitled to receive cashback in their account maintained with the Bank.
• The cashback, as the case may be, provided to Cardholders under this Offer is being funded by Bank to the total exclusion of Amazon.
• This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.
• Amazon and/or the Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• Amazon and/ or the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Delinquent and over-limit Bank's credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
• Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
• The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes will be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.
• All disputes between the Cardholders and the Bank will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and the Bank.
• This Offer is not valid on corporate, commercial, EMI credit Cards issued by the Bank.
• This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of products other than the Product, or (ii) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s).
• The cashback will be credited in Cardholder's account maintained with the Bank by November 2, 2018.
• By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Amazon will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product(s).
• These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
• Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

Terms and Conditions prescribed to ICICI Bank Card Holders:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the franchisees of Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the products and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the franchisees of alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products purchased by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed.
• If the ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Cardholder ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank Cardholder.
• No two offers can be clubbed or availed together.
