Terms and conditions prescribed by Amazon

A Customer will be eligible for only one of the two offers depending on the mode of payment (Business Credit Card / Business Debit Card / Corporate Internet Banking) used for their first ever purchase on Amazon Business after creating a verified Amazon Business account.

• If a customer creates a verified account on Amazon Business (amazon.in/business) and uses ICICI Business Debit Card / Corporate Internet Banking for their first ever purchase on Amazon, then he/she will only be eligible for the offer on ICICI Business Debit Card / Corporate Internet Banking.
• If a customer creates a verified account on Amazon Business (amazon.in/business) and uses ICICI Business Credit Card for their first ever purchase on Amazon, then he/she will only be eligible for the offer on ICICI Business Credit Card.

Terms and conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank 

I.  T&C for ICICI Bank Business Debit Card / Corporate Internet Banking customers

• This marketing offer ("Offer") is provided by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") along with ICICI Bank Limited ("Bank") and is made available on amazon.in/business ("Amazon Website")
• These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon Business Conditions of Use and Amazon Business Conditions of Sale ("Amazon Business Terms") to which you agree by using the Amazon Website. To the extent the Amazon Business Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.
• This Offer is valid from 1^st Dec, 2018 to 31^st Jan, 2019, both days inclusive ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon without any prior notice.
• During the Offer Period, any customer who: (a) has a valid and existing arrangement with the Bank in respect of a current account maintained with the Bank; (b) uses a unique email ID to create such account on the Amazon Website; and (c) purchases products worth INR 2,000 or above using his or her business debit card issued by the Bank ("Card") or ICICI Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) for the first time ever on the Amazon Website, will be eligible to receive Amazon Pay balance worth INR 500 in their Amazon Pay balance account associated with their Amazon Website account ("Benefit").
• The promotional Amazon Pay balance will be provided to all eligible customers by 28^th Feb, 2019 and can be redeemed only on the Amazon Website, subject to the terms and conditions available at https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202123460.
• By participating in this Offer, you expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including but not limited to that associated with your use of an product.
• Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all or any of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
• Amazon reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Offer.
• The eligible customer availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
• These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
• You are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary. This Offer is being made purely on a "best effort basis".

II.  T&C for ICICI Bank Business Credit Card customers

• This marketing offer ("Offer") is provided by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") along with ICICI Bank Limited ("Bank") and is made available on amazon.in/business ("Amazon Website")
• These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon Business Conditions of Use and Amazon Business Conditions of Sale ("Amazon Business Terms") to which you agree by using the Amazon Website. To the extent the Amazon Business Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.

• For the purpose of this Offer, an eligible customer may make multiple purchases transactions during the Offer Period using the Card.

• The offer is brought to you by the Alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating the offer on behalf of the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Net Banking User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by the "Alliance partner", only up to a period of 7 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the "Alliance partner".
