Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• In these Terms, which expression shall include all amendments and modifications made thereto from time to time, the following words and phrases have the meaning set below unless the context indicates otherwise:
• “Accounts” for the purpose of this offer shall mean Retail Current Accounts with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) of all constitutions including individuals, proprietors, partnerships, private limited companies, public limited companies and others.
• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Mahindra Holidays Ltd (Club Mahindra) who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for the purpose of providing this offer.
• “Eligibility Criteria” shall mean customers having accounts with ICICI Bank who have not done any Trade Transaction related to import & export through the accounts between April 01, 2017 and June 30, 2017 and have done at least one trade transaction during the offer period. Bank guarantee, forward and option related transactions shall not be included in the eligibility criteria.
• “Customers” for the purpose of this offer shall mean a person who is Founder/Cofounder & Partner/Director of an entity/ organization which holds a current account and has received communication from ICICI Bank by way of direct mailer/ e-mailer/ SMS/ Net Banking or any other mode with respect to the offer.
• “Offer” shall mean sending offer communication on mail provided by Alliance Partner pursuant to alliance agreement with ICICI Bank.
• “Club Mahindra Holiday Offer” shall mean a 2 nights & 3 days stay at selected Club Mahindra Resort.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period from July 01, 2017 till August 31, 2017 (both dates inclusive).
• “Qualified Customer” shall mean customer who have been selected to avail the offer subject to these terms and will be decided by ICICI Bank.
• “Trade Transactions” shall mean transactions relating to export & import, excluding bank guarantees, forward and options related transactions.

II. The Offer

• Eligible Customer who transacts through the account as per the terms of this offer during the offer period shall be eligible for availing Club Mahindra Holiday offer of 2 nights and 3 days stay at select Club Mahindra Resort. The offer can be availed only once during the offer period.
• Qualified Customer shall receive the qualification/ redemption code communication within 30 days of the end of the offer period.

III. Steps to avail the Club Mahindra Holiday Offer

• Please visit the below mentioned link and share the required details like Name, E-mail ID, Phone Number, City, User Consent:

• Gift Voucher will be issued to eligible customers on registered e-mail ID’s (as shared on above link) post validating with ICICI Bank by Club Mahindra.
• Within 15 days from the date of successful validation, registration code for the gift voucher will be sent by Club Mahindra.
• Within 2 months from the date of issuance of gift voucher, you need to register the gift voucher at the below mentioned link: http://giftvoucher.clubmahindra.com/hvr/Pages/Register.aspx

• Upon successful registration of the gift voucher, you can redeem the offer at below mentioned link by following the steps mentioned in the gift voucher.

• The customer is required to book free stay within 6 months at the select Club Mahindra Resorts from the date of issuance of gift voucher.

IV. Terms & conditions prescribed by the Alliance Partner

• The complimentary holiday is valid in the following resort locations only: Baiguney, Binsar, Cherai, Coorg, Corbett, Dharamshala, Gangtok, Gir, Goa-Emerald Palms, Kanatal, Kumbhalgarh, Manali, Mashobra(Shimla), Mussoorie, Naukuchiatal, Nawalgarh, Ooty, Pondicherry, Poovar, Thekkady, Udaipur, Virajpet, Yercaud.
• The resort list is subject to change from time to time without intimation.
• Complimentary stay can be booked only for the following dates/ periods: between July 2^nd 2017 to August 14^th 2017, between August 19^th 2017 to October 11^th 2017, between November 16^th 2017 to December 15^th 2017 and between January 29^th 2018 to March 20^th 2018. This would be subject to availability on aforementioned specific dates.
• Accommodation will be provided free of cost for 2 adults and 2 children below the age of 12 years at all resorts except Mashobra (Shimla) where the offer is for 2 adults only and if more than allowed number of persons stay, extra bed charges would be applicable. All other costs, including but not limited to cost of travel, meals, etc.), taxes (including luxury tax where applicable) and cost of using various services and facilities at the participating resorts, will have to be borne by the bearer of the holiday voucher.
• The holiday should be taken within the validity period (six month from date of voucher issuance).
• Booking would be confirmed subject to availability.
• Mahindra Holidays shall provide alternate accommodation, if for some reason, it is unable to provide holiday after issuance of confirmation voucher in the allotted resort.
• An electronic confirmation voucher (e-CV) would be sent to eligible customer email address registered with us. Eligible customer can also print the electronic confirmation voucher (e-CV) by providing your registration number and email address registered with us.
• This holiday voucher is non-transferable and valid for only one confirmation voucher (CV).Holidays once confirmed cannot be cancelled or deferred.
• Please carry the holiday voucher along with the confirmation voucher with you to the resort and present it at the time of checking in along with eligible customer’s photo identity card-this will enable us to honor the reservation confirmation voucher without any charges.
• The stay under holiday voucher is only applicable for non-members and it cannot be clubbed with any other GV/offer/facility/right.
• The voucher is non-transferrable. If Club Mahindra comes across instance of voucher being transferred to non-eligible persons, they shall reserve the right to cancel such voucher.

V. Terms & conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• Only the Founder/Cofounder & Partner/Director of an entity/ organization which holds a current account and has received communication from ICICI Bank by way of direct mailer/ e-mailer/ SMS/ Net Banking or any other mode with respect to the offer shall be eligible to avail the offer. If any discrepancies are noticed as per the records maintained by ICICI Bank then bank has the right to reject the customer from availing the offer.  
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank is not responsible for third party products, goods, services and offers.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the products/services under the offer.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner/Club Mahindra.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the customers from the benefits of the offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said offer.
• The offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
