Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and are in addition to and not in derogation of the Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank credit card (the “Primary Terms and Conditions”) as available on www.icicibank.com. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail. All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning ascribed under the Primary Terms and Conditions.

Definitions:

• “Card Member” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person holding an ICICI Bank Business Credit Card.
• “Merchant/Alliance Partner” shall mean Yatra, Zoomcar, Tata Docomo which are providing various Offers to the Card Member.
• “Offer(s)” shall mean the various Offers provided by the Merchants/Alliance Partners.
• "Offer Period" shall mean period commencing from May 15 to June 15 ,2018 (both days inclusive)
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.

Yatra Terms and conditions

• This Offer is for bookings made between 15th May – 15th June 2018 
• Offer will be valid on bookings made with ICICI Bank Business Credit Cards only
• Offer is valid once each on flight and hotel booking
• The Offer is valid on Yatra website and App
• At the time of payment, please use the promo code: ICICYFB500 (On First Flight booking Max Discount 500), ICICYFB1000 (On First Domestic Hotel booking Min Purchase 3,000)
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion on yatra.com
• In case of refund, the discounted amount will be deducted from the total refund due.
• Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions
• The Offer maybe replaced wholly or in part, by any other Offer, whether similar or not and can be withdrawn altogether
• Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon, Haryana

Zoomcar Terms and conditions

• Maximum discount of Rs 1100 or 20% whichever is lower.
• Validity : 15th June 2018
• A fully refundable security deposit will be charged at time of booking
• Only valid on bookings made through Zoomcar website and iOS/Android app.
• Discount applicable only on original reservation charges (not applicable on excess Km, late return fee, or other fees/charges)

Tata Docomo Offer

Terms & Conditions:

• Shelf life of 90 days from the start of go live date.
• Coupon validity of 72 hours from date of activation.
• The Coupons will have a shelf life basis validity post which they cannot be used.
• Airports where the coupons can be used are: Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, Pune, Goa, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Surat and Jaipur.

Other Terms and Conditions

• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the ICICI Bank Business Credit Card Holder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication/ notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Phone Banking Center, ICICI Bank Tower, 7th floor, Survey no: 115/27, Plot no. 12, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad – 500032, India.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the ICICI Bank Business Credit Card. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the ICICI Bank Business Credit Card Holder/s under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant Establishment or ICICI Bank Business Credit Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/ or on merchandise/ products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
