• “Alliancepartner” shall mean Bajaj Electronics, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex) which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s) benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Card Services, during the Offer Period at Alliance Partner stores.
• “OfferPeriod” shall mean the period commencing from October 5 to November 5, 2019 both days inclusive.
• VoidTransactions"shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at stores of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary TermsandConditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

• Rs 1,000 flat discount on a minimum bill of Rs 20,000
• The Offer is applicable only on ICICI Bank’s Debit Cards (EMI).

• Rs 1,000 flat discount on a minimum bill of Rs 15,000
• The Offer is applicable only on ICICI Bank’s Credit Cards (EMI).

Offer 3

• Get 5% discount up to Rs 1,500 on a minimum bill of Rs 25,000
• The Offer is applicable only on ICICI Bank Credit Cards (non-EMI).

Offer Details:

1. The Offer is valid once per card, per month, during the offer period
2. The Offer is valid on ICICI Bank Credit Cards (non-EMI), Debit Cards (EMI) and Credit Cards (EMI)
3. The Offer is not valid on the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card

• The Offer is sponsored by the alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the alliance Partner in this regard.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such alliances cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Cardholder ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank Cardholder.
