DEFINITIONS
"Alliance Partner" shall mean “Adani Digital Labs ” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited ( “ ICICI Bank ” ) for purpose of providing the Offers.
“ Customer/s ” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit Card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
"Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card Credit card and/or ICICI Bank D ebit Card and/or ICICI Bank Prepaid card any other card issued by ICICI Bank
"Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
“ Offer ” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit/Credit Card
“ Offer Period ” shall mean the period commencing from 01st May 2023 to 20th May, 2023 both days inclusive.

"Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance Partner".
Terms and conditions by ICICI Bank:
ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.

The Customer will receive instant discount on domestic flight and International flight bookings as per the Offer for the amount paid through ICICI Bank Credit Cards and Debit Cards only (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees).
Offer will not be applicable on Business, Commercial & Corporate ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
Instant Discount shall be provided to the Customer at the time of bookings.
The transaction or the spends should only pertain to expenses on flight ticket booking category as categorised by Alliance Partner on the Adani Digital platform (app / website) only.
The Offer is valid on 1 booking per card per campaign using the offer code.
Instant discount is calculated on Base / Flight fare (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees).
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of ICICI Bank, including offers from individual brands.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer, Alliance Partner reserves the right to deny the Offer to the Customers.
The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria:
ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the ICICI Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.
Alliance Partner reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the ICICI Bank shall be final and binding.
By participating in the Offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
If the Customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at Alliance Partner customer support within 2 days from the booking date. In the event the cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.
Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by ICICI Card (Credit Card / Debit Card). If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by ICICI Card to Alliance Partner, then the cardholder will need to approach ICICI Bank Card. Alliance Partner shall be entitled to withhold or deny the Offer to the Customers.
Participation in this Offer is voluntary.
The Customer will be able to apply the Bank discount if (Ticket Value– Loyalty points) is higher than the Minimum value of transaction as mentioned in the offer.
Convenience fee will be charged as per the applicability.
The Offer can't be clubbed with any other promotional offer.
Changes in flights and dates are allowed with change fees and fare difference.
To get any infant’s ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re-checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above, then you need to book a separate booking as a child.
All the tickets/bookings issued to the Customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier.
In case of partial/full cancellation, the Offer stands void and Customer will not be eligible for the discount.
If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Alliance Partner will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.
If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, Customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.
Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-renewable, non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.
In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.
All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. Alliance Partner is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from the airline's end.
