In this edition of the NRI Facts Series, we would be discussing how you can activate your disabled Internet Banking user ID.
Important Information
Once you open an NRI savings account with ICICI Bank Limited, you are given a user ID for Internet Banking.
The first page of your cheque book has the customer ID printed on it. This is same as the user ID.
The user ID is disabled if there are 3 incorrect attempts to log on to Internet Banking.
The user ID is also disabled if you have not logged on to Internet Banking for a period of 12 months or more.
