Download the iMobile app: The first step is to download the iMobile app from Google Play Store for Android devices and Apple App Store for iOS devices.
Register: To pay your bills through UPI, register on the app by entering your mobile number and creating a UPI ID.
Add Bank Account: Once registered, the next step is to add your Bank Account. Select the 'Add Bank Account' option and enter the relevant Account details.
Verify Your Bank Account: After adding the Bank Account details, you must verify it through a One-Time Password (OTP), received on your registered mobile number.
Add the Biller: Now, navigate to the ‘Bill Pay, Recharge and FASTag’ option in iMobile and select your electricity service provider. Enter your unique Customer ID and click on 'Fetch’.
Fetch Bill: Fetch the bill to view the bill amount due.
Pay the Bill: Select ‘Pay Bills' to pay the electricity bill.
Confirm the Bank Account: From the available options, select the Bank Account through which you want to pay.
Verify: Verify the bill details and enter your UPI PIN to complete the transaction. The app will process the payment instantly and send a confirmation message to your registered mobile number.
