MMT Cabs Benefit

Effective March 1, 2020, the OLA benefit on your MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card will be replaced with the MMT Cabs benefit.

Existing OLA benefit details:

Get every sixth ride complimentary on OLA on booking every ride through the MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card:

• Customer would be eligible to avail the complimentary 6th ride given they have successfully paid for last 5 rides with the same MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card in the same month
• After completion of 5 rides a voucher code of ₹150 will be available in the customer ride voucher section. Validity of each voucher will be for 60 days from the date the customer gets the voucher
• Rides will be counted every calendar month and no rides will be carry forwarded from month to month. i.e. on 1^st of every month the number of rides counter will be reset.

New benefit introduced on MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card

Definitions

• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this offer shall mean all customers who are authorised holders of valid and subsisting MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s banking facility/service.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled or partially cancelled by the Customer or rejected unsuccessful by MakeMyTrip.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

What Do You Get?

• The Customer will receive discounts as per the details mentioned in the table above.
• Instant discount is applied on final transaction amount.

How Can You Avail the Offer?

• To avail this offer, the Customer must enter the e-coupon as per the above table. 
• The offer will remain valid from March 1, 2020 till February 28, 2021
• Each code (3 codes) can be used thrice per card per month.
• If a customer avails the code and then cancels the booking, offer will be considered as availed
• The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip's Mobile Apps (Android App & iOS App) and Mobile Site. The offer is not valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip's Desktop Site.
• The offer is valid on payments made through MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card only.

Conditions in Case of Cancellation:

• This offer shall not apply for Void Transactions.
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount has been availed, MakeMyTrip will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges will be applied.
• If rescheduling happens more than 4 hrs in advance before the journey commencement time, the code will still be applicable.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, the Customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is a part of the base fare or tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation charges.

Terms and Conditions prescribed by Make My Trip:

• If the ICICI Bank Customer does not get the discount, he/she must raise the claim at
  https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event that the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.
• Supplementary cards will be treated as separate cards.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other MakeMyTrip offer.
• MakeMyTrip and ICICI Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Any claims relating to MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card shall be addressed to ICICI Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain these claims.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event which results in breach or non-fulfilment of any obligation of MakeMyTrip under this offer.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the Customer, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or to cancel the booking.
• In no event shall the entire liability of MakeMyTrip to the Customer under this offer exceed the amount of the promotional discount being offered.
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection to the offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• User agreement and privacy policy on the MakeMyTrip website will apply.
• Customers who are travel agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their Customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount whatsoever.

General Terms prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the gifts/products/services under this offer provided by MakeMyTrip.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the offer shall be payable by the Customer.
• The offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products/services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• If the Customer ceases to be a holder of the MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the offer shall lapse and shall not be available to Customer.
• The Customer may avail the offer during the Offer Period. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer that may be made available to the Customer.
• This offer/the benefits under this offer, are non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• This offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products/services availed by Customer under the offer provided by MakeMyTrip.
• The offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of New Delhi.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the products/services offered by MakeMyTrip. Any dispute or claim regarding the offer/services under the offer, must be resolved with MakeMyTrip without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection to the offer
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in provision of the offer benefits.

In all matters relating to the offer, the decision of ICICI Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be final and binding in all respects.
