Is the beneficiary also required to register for the Digital Rupee app?
You can only send/receive Digital Rupee to/from other Digital Rupee users.

Currently, there is no way you can recover your wallet if you lose your Mobile Number. To recover your wallet, you have to get a new SIM with the same phone number.
Where can Digital Rupee be used?
Customers can transfer the tokens to each other through VPA, Mobile No. and QR Code. Customers can pay merchants through the Digital Rupee QR Code
How long does it take for the money to get credited into the beneficiary?s Wallet Account?
For successful transactions, funds get credited into the beneficiary's Wallet Account instantly.
How can I view my transaction history?
To view all your past and pending transactions, go to Digital Rupee app > Home Screen > History.
How will I know if my transaction is successful?
For any transaction, you will see an instant status on your screen. If for some reason, the transaction is delayed or pending, the result will be posted on your Transaction History page.
How can I raise a dispute?
You can raise a dispute for every transaction by clicking on the ?Raise a Dispute? button.
What if I lose my phone?
You can recover your wallet using the same Mobile No./SIM on the Digital Rupee app.
Are there any charges on transactions done using the Digital Rupee app?
There are no charges for doing a transaction through the Digital Rupee app.

Load - You will be able to purchase tokens by debiting your Bank Accounts (Both ICICI Bank as well as non-ICICI Bank Accounts can be used) ? Unload - You will be able to redeem tokens by crediting your Bank Accounts (Only ICICI Bank Account).
Is a Savings Account mandatory to use the Digital Rupee app?
Yes. You need to link ICICI Bank Savings Account and authenticate using your Debit Card details to register for the Digital Rupee app.
Where can I see the status of my raised disputes?
The status regarding your dispute resolution will be communicated through SMS and e-mails.
Can a Non-ICICI Bank customer use the Digital Rupee app?
No. ICICI Bank Savings Account is mandatory to use the Digital Rupee app for transactions.
How can I use Digital Rupee?
To initiate transactions, download the Digital Rupee app and register for the Digital Rupee wallet.
