Debt Service: Servicing customers with "khayaal aapka"
ICICI Bank Debt Service looks into servicing existing customers of ICICI Bank who are unable to pay their credit card or loan dues in time.
The customers are serviced by empanelled channel partners of ICICI Bank.
The channel partners as well as the bank employees servicing the customer ensure that their interactions are in line with Bank’s philosophy of ‘Khayaal Aapka’. ICICI Bank has taken multiple initiatives for helping the customers to regularise their payments.
Use this option for requesting a pick up of overdue payment of ICICI Bank loans & Credit Card
Credit Builder Program
This is an initiative of the bank for the customers who are interested to pay their overdue or waived amount of their previous settlement to improve their Credit Score which is an important parameter referred by financial institutions while extending the new credit facility to any customer.
In this programme, the customer makes the payment for overdue or waived amount of his past settled credit relationship from ICICI Bank and then apply to get a new secured Credit Card from ICICI Bank against a Fixed Deposit. As the customer starts using the new credit card and pay the dues on time, the credit score will improve gradually.
Jagrukta – CIBIL Awareness Campaign
"Understand Act and Improve" is a joint Initiative of ICICI Bank – DSMG team, RLG and CIBIL TransUnion. It’s a 'Camp on Move' in offices of Mid-size and Big Corporates aimed to advise the employees on the importance of credit health, providing a platform to address queries related to Loans/Credit Card of ICICI Bank and opportunity to apply for new relationship in this camp in one’s own office Premises.
