I. Definitions

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited, which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorised by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards/ Vouchers . With whom ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) has valid and subsisting alliance agreements for the purposes of providing the Offer/s (defined below) mentioned herein
• “Customer/s” /”You” shall mean a person who has an ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”)
  • AURA Silver Savings Account
  • AURA Gold Savings Account
  • AURA Magnum savings account,
  • AURA Titanium savings account,
  • AURA Titanium Savings Account (Salary),
  • who meet the eligibility criteria, and
  • has received communication via email or SMS from ICICI Bank regarding the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Debit card/Credit which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period.
• “Gift Voucher”/ “Voucher Code” shall mean the offer code shared with ICICI Bank by the Alliance Partner, which is sent via a campaign to the eligible customers.
• “Offer” refers to issuance of Gift Vouchers by the Alliance Partners pursuant to the offers terms and conditions of the offers, as further described in these Terms
• “Offer period” shall means the Customers who have opened an account or upgraded their account to AURA Silver Savings Account, AURA Gold Savings Account, AURA Magnum Savings Account, AURA Titanium Savings Account, AURA Titanium Savings Account (Salary) till 31th December 2021.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s products and services, as available at www.icicibank.com, including that applicable on savings account and internet banking
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
• "Winner/s" shall mean the Customer/s meeting the eligibility criteria of the Offer, mentioned for each individual offer.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Eligibility Criteria and Details of the Offer

Customers who have the following Savings Accounts and have received communication regarding the offer via email or SMS -

• AURA Silver Savings Account, have maintained MAB of Rs. 25,000 for first 3 months after Account opening / account upgradation and have done at least 1 digital transaction in first 3 months will be eligible for an Amazon Voucher Code worth Rs. 250.
• AURA Gold Savings Account, have maintained MAB of Rs. 50,000 for first 3 months after Account opening / account upgradation and have done at least 1 digital transaction in first 3 months will be eligible for an Amazon Voucher Code worth Rs. 250.
• AURA Magnum savings account, have maintained MAB of Rs. 1,00,000 for first 3 months after Account opening / account upgradation and have done at least 1 digital transaction in first 3 months will be eligible for an Amazon Voucher Code worth Rs. 1,000.
• AURA Titanium savings account, have maintained MAB of Rs. 2,00,000 for first 3 months after Account opening / account upgradation and have done at least 1 digital transaction in first 3 months will be eligible for an Amazon Voucher Code worth Rs. 1,000.
• AURA Titanium Savings Account (Salary), have received first 3 salary credits in their Account after Account opening / Account upgradation and have done at least 1 digital transaction in first 3 months will be eligible for an Amazon Voucher Code worth Rs. 1,000.

III. Steps to avail the Voucher Codes / Gift Voucher

• On the above mentioned link page, click on the denomination of ?250/?500/?1000.
• Click Checkout at the bottom of the page.
• Enter your name, registered e-mail ID and Mobile number
• Enter the voucher code given above in “Voucher Code" box and click on Apply.
• Place order to receive the Amazon Pay gift card code on your registered email ID and mobile number

IV. Terms prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Amazon Gift Cards ("GCs") are issued by the Alliance Partner Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon.in Gift Cards.
• To add your GC to your Amazon Pay balance, visit www.amazon.in/addgiftcard
• Customer can apply the 14 digit code (under scratch card) on amazon.in/addgiftcard and add the gift card balance in his/her Amazon.in account. This balance gets automatically applied at the time of next purchase. There is no cap on number of gift cards that can be added to an account.
• Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with the GCs in your Amazon.in account.
• Amazon Pay balance are redeemable across all products on Amazon.in except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards.
• Amazon Pay balance must be used only towards the purchase of eligible products on amazon.in
• The GCs, including any unused Amazon Pay balance, expire one year from the date of issuance of the GC
• GCs cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for the cash.
• Qwikcilver, Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (Amazon) or their affiliates are not responsible if a GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

• Certain merchants may provide you services only on the pre-condition that you allow us to hold balances in your Amazon Pay balance: Gift Card till the service completion by the merchant. However, your prior consent would be taken before holding such balances. In such cases, you agree and authorize us to: (i) hold your balance until service completion; and (ii) fail the transaction if your balance in the Amazon Pay Gift Card is less than the actual amount charged by the merchant at the end of the services.

V. Terms and conditions prescribed for ICICI Bank Customers

• The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Customer/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes offered by the Alliance Partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any Voucher Code/ Gift Voucher / goods/ services / assured gifts / prizes availed by the Card Holder/s under the Offer offered by the Alliance Partner/s.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The voucher is sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the voucher code/ Gift Voucher /goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Card Holders and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The Card Holders shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holders shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holders.
• Notwithstanding anything contained in this Terms and Conditions, ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any default or delay in performance of any obligation pertaining to the Offer, due to unavoidable situations, beyond the reasonable control of ICICI Bank and not attributable to ICICI Bank including but not limited to fire, flood, casualty, epidemic or outbreak of any disease, lockout, strike, labour disputes, industrial action of any kind, unavoidable accident, national calamity, riot, Act of God, any enactment by a law-making authority or the act of any other legally constituted authority, changes in the applicable law, or default of third party or any cause or event arising out of or attributable to war, other than shortage or lack of money.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
