"Card" shall mean a Credit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.

The offer is valid from 1^st March 2023 to 31^st May 2023

Use your ICICI Bank American Express^® Credit Card 2 times in a month and get 20% cashback on each transaction

Minimum transaction amount is Rs 500 for each transaction

The maximum cashback a customer can earn is Rs 200

The offer can be availed once during the offer period of 90 days

The offer is only applicable for eligible/select ICICI Bank American Express^® Credit Card customers who have received the communication from ICICI Bank

The cashback will be credited to customers’ accounts within 90 days from the end date of the offer

The 2 transactions should be done in the same month for the customer to get the cashback. For example, If both the transactions are in the Month of March then the customer will be eligible for the cashback. However, if one transaction is in Month of March and another one in the month of April, the customer will not be eligible for the cashback.

Participation in the Offer by the Card Holder/s is on a voluntary basis.

ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.

ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer, or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or any prior intimation.

The Offer may not be available to some Card Holders due to their eligibility or for any other reason whatsoever.

In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

The benefits under this Offer are non-transferable, non-binding, and non-cashable, and cannot be clubbed, or substituted or exchanged with any other offer that may be made available to the Card Holders by ICICI Bank or the Alliance Partner, unless specified.

In case any inconsistency between the Primary Terms and Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions of the Offer, the Primary Terms shall prevail.

This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority in India. And any dispute relating to this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
