• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Virtual mentor and Mentee platform, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

• "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.

• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.

• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.

These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. Session booking flow on Intercell Platform:

Step 1: - Mentee will register as a student.

Step 2: - They will choose a career field of their preference.

Step 3: - Mentee will select a Mentor of his/her choice to book a session.

Step 4: - After booking a session Mentor will respond to the session request (Approve, Reschedule, cancel)

Step 5: - Upon Mentor session approval, Mentee will have to process the payment (Mentee will apply ICICI discount code while making payment).

Step 6: - on successful payment, Mentee will receive a Notification / Link from Intercell Via – Email, SMS, and push. An automated reminder call will be sent 10 minutes before the session starts time.

• The cardholder is entitled to have one Mentoring session for a maximum of 60 minutes with the choice of his/her Mentor.

• The Discount Code shall be redeemable on the Website (www.intercellworld.com) & Intercell Android / IOS Apps.
