• ‘Cardholder’ shall mean a customer to whom a card has been issued and who is authorised to hold the card

• ‘Programme’/ ‘Offer’ shall mean cashback/ discounts/ benefits provided by the Alliance Partner on the purchase of products/ services through ICICI Bank Net Banking during the offer period on the website

• ‘Programme/ Offer period’ shall mean the period commencing from 30-Jun-24, both days inclusive.

• ‘Primary Terms and Conditions’ shall mean the Terms and Conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet Banking facility/ service.

• ‘Products/ Services’ shall mean the goods/ benefits/ facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

• ‘Void Transaction’ shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled/ rejected or has been declared as unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

• All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (‘Terms’) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

• The offer is applicable only on the purchase of specific models of ACs, LEDs, refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, water heaters, water purifiers and air coolers

• The offer is valid from 30-Jun-24

• The cashback is applicable only on EMI transactions carried out through Pine Labs and Paytm terminals using ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI/Debit Card EMI.

• The offer is applicable only on eligible products. The transaction value should be more than Rs 5000.

• The relevant cashback would be applicable as per the attached product list. There would be no degradation of cashback. For products where 10% cashback is applicable, transaction amount should be more than Rs 40,00. If the transaction amount is less than Rs 40,000, customers would not be eligible for any cashback.

• The cashback can be availed on the purchase of a single product only. Bills of different products cannot be clubbed to avail the same.

• To avail the EMI option, inform the store staff to carry out the full swipe transaction using Pine Labs and Paytm terminals.

• The cashback is available at authorised stores only.

• The cashback amount will be printed on a charge slip for eligible transactions. Customer will not receive cashback if he/ she is not eligible for the same as per the charge slip.

• The cashback offer will be available only if the card is swiped on Pine Labs and Paytm terminals.

• The cashback offer is applicable for EMIs of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months only

• The offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-cashable

• The cashback would be instant. In case of non-availability of instant cashback, the amount will be credited within 90 days from the last day of the offer.

• In case of Debit Card EMI where instant cashback is not available, the cashback will be posted only after the successful payment of the first 3 consecutive EMIs.

• A maximum of one transaction is permitted per card for cashback during the offer period.

• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank. Havells India Limited will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.

• ICICI Bank and Havells India Limited reserve the right at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to add to or modify all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not or to extend or withdraw this offer altogether.

• The cashback is available only at authorised stores and on selected SKUs. For more details, visit the nearest authorised store.

• Any default in payment of EMIs by the customer will be sorted out by ICICI Bank only. Havells India Limited will have no involvement or liability regarding such default.

Terms and Conditions prescribed for ICICI Bank cardholders

• ICICI Bank holds no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts/ prizes offered by the Alliance Partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts/ prizes must be resolved by the cardholders with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and does not make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness of the discount/ benefit or of the products/ services under the offer provided by the Alliance Partner.

• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services/ assured gifts/ prizes availed by the cardholder under the Programme/ Offer by the Alliance Partner.

• All issues/ queries/ complaints/ grievances relating to the offer, if any, shall be addressed to the Alliance Partner without any reference to ICICI Bank.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or the cardholder from the benefits of the Programme if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Programme or otherwise by use of the Card.

• The cashback/ discount/ assured gift/ prize is sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the cardholder shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.

• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts/ prizes.

• The Programme/ Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/ or on merchandise/ products/ services for which such programmes cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.

• ICICI Bank and the Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
