"Cardholder(s)" shall mean an ICICI Bank customer, to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card
"Card" shall mean a Credit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder(s), is valid and subsisting during the Programme Period
Offer is valid on all international POS/ECOM transactions
The Offer is valid from Mar 01 to Apr 30, 2023.
The Programme is valid for Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Cardholder/s only. The Cardholder/s must carry out at least one international transaction using his Card in the Programme Period, to be eligible for the Offer. The Cardholder will get 1% Reward Point as Amazon Pay balance in the monthly statement and 1% as Statement Cashback. 1% Cashback will be credited by Apr 30, 2023 for Offer availed during Mar 01 to Apr 01, 2023 and by May 31, 2023 for Offer availed during Apr 01 to Apr 30, 2023.
Participation in the Offer by the Cardholder/s is on a voluntary basis
ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts/prizes offered by the Alliance Partners and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any delay/loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/services/assured gifts/prizes availed by the Cardholder/s. Any dispute or claim regarding the same must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank

ICICI Bank and Alliance Partners reserve the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or prior intimation
The Offer may not be available to some Cardholders due to their location or for any other reason whatsoever
In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

In case of conflict between the Terms & Conditions of ICICI Bank and the Alliance Partners, ICICI Bank’s Terms & Conditions shall prevail
In case any inconsistency between the Primary Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Offer, the Primary Terms shall prevail
This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be circulated anytime by any statutory authority in India. Any dispute regarding this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
