• “Alliance partner” shall mean Infiniti Retail Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer. 

• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/Mastercard/Amex Credit Card or a valid ICICI Bank VISA/Mastercard/Amex Debit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.

• “Card" shall mean Credit/Debit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.

• “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom a card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the card. 

• “Offer” shall mean instant cashback/discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Card or Credit/Debit Card EMI during the Offer Period at participating stores.

• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from October 7, 2023 to November 15, 2023 both days inclusive.

• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

• “Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful by the “Alliance Partner”.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Maximum discount Rs 3,000 per card for credit card Non EMI transactions, Rs 2,000 per card for debit card Non EMI transactions, and Rs 3,500 per card for credit/debit card EMI transactions.

Maximum discount Rs 3,000 per card for credit card Non EMI transactions, Rs 2,000 per card for debit card Non EMI transactions, and Rs 3,500 per card for credit/debit card EMI transactions.

Offer 2:

Flat Rs 5,000 instant discount on minimum purchase of Rs 1,00,000 at Croma retail outlets PAN India using ICICI Bank credit cards and credit card EMI transactions.

Flat Rs 12,500 instant discount on minimum purchase of Rs 2,00,000 at Croma retail outlets PAN India using ICICI Bank credit card EMI transactions.

Offer 1:

• ICICI Bank cardholder has to transact at Croma retail outlets PAN India for a minimum of Rs 20,000 (Net transaction value) to qualify for the offer during the campaign period.

• ICICI Bank cardholder has to transact at Croma.com website for a minimum of Rs 10,000 (Net transaction value) to qualify for the offer.

• Offer will be applicable on ICICI Bank credit/debit cards & credit/debit card EMI transactions at Croma retail outlets PAN India and at Croma.com website.

• 10% instant discount up to Rs 3,000 will be applicable on eligible credit card Non EMI transactions.

• 10% instant discount up to Rs 2,000 will be applicable on eligible debit card Non EMI transactions.

• 10% instant discount up to Rs 3,500 will be applicable on eligible credit/debit card EMI transactions.

• Offer is not applicable on Amazon Pay credit cards.

• Offer is not applicable on business, commercial, & corporate cards of ICICI Bank.

• ICICI Bank cardholder can avail the offer only on the first valid transaction during each month of the offer period. Subsequent transactions in the month will not be applicable for the offer.

• Offer applicable only for the first valid transaction in each month, which is fulfilling all conditions including Net transaction value, as mentioned in the offer details.

• Net transaction value shall mean the retail price of the products purchased less discount offered to the cardholders at the Croma retail outlets or Croma.com website.

• The instant discount is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same.

• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

• The offer cannot be combined with brand EMI offer.

• For EMI transactions on Croma.com website, the discount will be given in the form of cashback by Croma and will be processed within 90 working days once the product is delivered.

• For transactions on Croma.com website, eligible ICICI Bank cardholder has to select the ICICI Bank offer on the payment page to avail the offer.

• Instant discount will not be extended to the cardholder if he/she fails to select the bank offer.

• Non–eligible customers will receive appropriate error messages at Croma.com website and can proceed without the instant discount.

• The offer will not be applicable on advance invoice.

• The offer will be applicable on eligible transactions done only during the days mentioned in the offer details and will not be applicable on any other days.

• Under no circumstance will the discount being offered under this Offer be settled with cash by ICICI Bank or by Infiniti Retail Limited (Croma).

• The offer will be valid during the promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of Infiniti Retail Limited (Croma) and ICICI Bank.

• Infiniti Retail Limited (Croma) and ICICI Bank have the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.

• The decision of Infiniti Retail Limited (Croma) and ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

• Flat Rs 12,500 instant discount will be applicable minimum purchase of Rs 2,00,000 using eligible credit card EMI transactions only.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the customer/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

• The customer/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Infiniti Retail Limited in this regard.

• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the customer/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the customer/s.
