I. Definations

• The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
• The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of ICICI credit & debit card which (a) bears the ICICI Bank and/or ICICI Bank name and logo on the face of the card and/or (b) refers to a member of the ICICI Bank group as an issuer or a participant partner on the bank of the card, including for the avoidance of doubt any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of ICICI Bank’s Group. Cardholders must settle payment with their card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
• The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL: www.Makemytrip.com or Mobile App
• Makemytrip reserves the right to launch selected and temporary “tactical offers” at higher discount levels for selected countries.
• The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Makemytrip. In case of dispute, the decision of Makemytrip shall be final.
• The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
• The Bank and/or Makemytrip can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
• This promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between the bank and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at the bank’s sole discretion and for which the bank is solely responsible and liable.
• The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form after entering a valid ICICI Bank credit or debit card number.

International Flight offer

What you get?

• The customer will receive cashback as per the details mentioned on the table above
• The Cash Back amount will be credited to the customer’s wallet account within 21 working days from the date of booking

How do you get it?

• To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon ICINT in the E-Coupon field
• This offer is valid on payment made through ICICI Bank credit and debit cards only
• The offer is valid on bookings made from 0000 hours on 14th February till 2359 hours on 28th February’2017
• The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip's website, Android & iOS App only
• The offer is valid on 1 booking per email id basis during the offer period
• Cashback will be calculated on per Booking ID basis. Cashback will not be processed for each passenger.
• Offer is only valid on a minimum card paid amount of Rs.20,000

What else do you need to know?

• The international flights offer is valid on International flight bookings originating from India
• Cashback amount to be utilized within 90 days from the date of remittance if not then the cashback amount would be forfeited automatically as no extension can be given to utilize the amount
• Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, payback points, COD, Pay Pal, Pay at Hotel and net banking payments

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for cashback
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the wallet and cancellation charges shall apply. In the event the cashback amount credited to the wallet has already been utilized by the customer, the said cashback amount shall be deducted from the refund amount along with the applicable cancellation charges

Terms and Conditions

• If the customer doesn't receive the cashback, he/she must write to internationalbookings@makemytrip.com within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
• PAYBACK points will not be credited for transactions where E-Coupon or Deal Code has been applied
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
• In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount/cashback under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply

International Hotel offer

Get up to INR 6,000 instant discount on international hotels applicable on payments made through ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards only.

What you get?

• The customer will receive instant discount max up to INR 6000 on international hotels as indicated in the table above
• The instant discount will be calculated basis the base price (price less taxes)

How do you get it?

• To avail the offer, customer must enter the appropriate E-Coupon code in the E-Coupon field in order to avail this offer
• This offer is valid on payment made through ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards only
• The offer is valid from 0000 hours and 14st February 2017 till 2359 hours on 28th February 2017
• This offer is valid for hotel check outs till 30th June'2017
• The offer is valid for only 1 booking per card per email id during the offer period
• A customer can make max 5 bookings in last 30 days using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings
• A customer can make max 3 bookings in a day using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings
• The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip's website, Android App, iOS App only

What else do you need to know?

• Offer is valid on select international hotels only
• Offer is not valid on bookings made through Pay at Hotel option
• Offer is not valid on payments made directly at hotel, through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD) and My Wallet

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for discount
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase, MakeMyTrip will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply

Terms & Conditions

• If the Cardholder doesn't receive the discount amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount

II. Terms and Conditions prescribed to ICICI Bank Card Holders:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the franchisees of Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the products and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the franchisees of alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products purchased by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed.
