I. DEFINITIONS

• Alliance partner” shall mean www.goibibo.com, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer. 
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid VISA/MASTER/Amex Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank or goibibo with respect to the Offer. 
• “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card. 
• "Card" shall mean Credit Card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Card.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from December 05 to December 07, 2017, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following "website" URL: www.yatra.com  of the "Alliance partner"  
• Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service .
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer Details:

International Flights –

• Use ICICI Bank Credot or Debit card to book Flights and get Flat 10% cashback.
• Maximum cashback upto Rs.10,000. on minimum booking of Rs.15000.

• Maximum cashback upto Rs.3000 on minimum booking of Rs.10,000.

Flight Terms & Conditions

• Offer will be valid only on Goibibo Website ,Mobile site and App
• The validity of the campaign is from 5th Dec 2017 00:00:01 till 7th Dec 2017 23:59:59 unless extended by ICICI and Goibibo by mutual consent in writing, (“Offer Duration”)
• Customer cannot use goCash & goCash + wallet balance in International flight bookings.
• The Cashback on ICICI Debit and Credit Card will not be applicable if the net payable amount is less than Rs.15000 for International Flights
• Min booking requirement is exclusive of convenience fee, Insurance, Zero Cancellation & Ancillaries fee
• Cash Back will be processed within 60 working days of eligible transaction.
• The offer is valid on bookings made using ICICI Credit card & Debit Card issued in India only.
• This Offer is also valid on EMI transactions on ICICI credit card.
• The customer must enter the promo code in the Deal Code field for respective product category on the Goibibo website, mobile and/or app to avail the cashback s.
• Code can be used only once on International flights per card/account during the campaign period
• Transactions completed during this Offer Period with the appropriate deal code will only be considered. The date of travel can be beyond the expiry date of the offer.
• Products and services are subject to availability.

Hotel Terms & Conditions

• In addition to ICICI debit & credit card 10% cashback , the below coupon codes will auto-apply for Goibibo discount
• International Hotels
• Coupon Code GOINTH: Get UPTO 20% instant discount + 10% additional cashback (Max up to Rs.3000) on minimum payable amount (After applying Goibibo discount and gocash & gocash+ wallet balance) of Rs.10,000 for ICICI credit and debit card customers
• Upto 20% off (max Rs 26,000) on base rate (pre-tax) of Select International hotels
• GoCash usage: Max Rs 4000 per transaction value or Upto 15% of transaction value (excluding taxes) whichever is lower
• The additional cashback on ICICI Debit and Credit Card will not be applicable if the net payable amount( after applying Goibibo discount and goCash & goCash+ wallet balance) is less than Rs.10000 for International hotels
• Offer valid only on International Hotel Bookings made on Pre-Pay / Book Now mode
• Offer NOT valid on International Hotel Bookings made on Pay at Hotel mode
• Offer will be valid only on Goibibo Website ,Mobile site and App
• The validity of the campaign is from 5th Dec 2017 00:00:01 till 7th Dec 2017 23:59:59 unless extended by ICICI and Goibibo by mutual consent in writing, (“Offer Duration”)
• Customer can use gocash and goCash + wallet balance with International hotel offers
• Cash Back will be processed within 60 working days of eligible transaction.
• This Offer is also valid on EMI transactions on ICICI credit card.
• The customer must enter the promo code in the Deal Code field for respective product category on the Goibibo website, mobile and/or app to avail the additional cashback.
• This offer is valid only on the first transaction per card/account on International and domestic hotels during the campaign period
• Products and services are subject to availability.

Other Terms and conditions

• Offer is not valid on payments made through My Wallet, PayPal account and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• The offer is not applicable on Corporate & Commercial Cards
• For any card related claims/ issues, the customer shall approach ICICI and Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims.
• The Customer cannot club any other offers along with this offer on the same booking ID. The Offer cannot be transferred/ assigned to any other person or Customer.
• In the event of rescheduling, the Customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees.
• Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount.
• Goibibo will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the Customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
• ICICI and Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• ICICI does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Program and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products which shall be at the sole
• Cancelled transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Cashback
• The T&Cs of this Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
• Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offer and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to Goibibo and that ICICI shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
• ICICI shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to Goibibo due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.
• ICICI, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered or incurred, by the Customers, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer or by the use or non-use, acceptance or decline or suitability or effectiveness of the services pertaining to the Offer.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by ICICI or Goibibo to conduct further such Offers.
• The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.
