Terms and Condition

I) DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance partner” shall mean Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/Mastercard/Amex Debit card or holds a valid VISA/Mastercard/Amex Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “Card" shall mean Debit card/Credit card which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• “Cardholder” shall mean a customer to whom a card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the card.
• “Offer” shall mean instant cashback/discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Cards, during the Offer Period at participating stores.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from October 10, 2020 to November 15, 2020 both days inclusive.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful by the “Alliance Partner”.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II) OFFER

1) Offer:

Rs 2,500 cashback on minimum purchase of Rs 50,000 & Rs 5,000 cashback on minimum purchase of Rs 1,00,000 from any TBZ – The Original retail stores PAN India using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Cards.

2) Customer who shall be eligible to the Offer:

• ICICI Bank Credit Cardholder/s
• ICICI Bank Debit Cardholder/s

3) Offer Period: October 10, 2020 to November 15, 2020

III) Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• ICICI Bank customer has to transact at TBZ – The Original retail stores for a minimum of Rs 50,000 / 1,00,000 (net bill value), as applicable, to qualify for the corresponding Cashback program.
• Offer will be applicable on ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card transactions only.
• Offer will also be applicable on Amazon Pay Credit Card.
• Cashback is not applicable on Business, Commercial, and Corporate Cards.
• Cashback will be posted to all qualifying transactions above Rs 50,000 / 1,00,000, as applicable, within 90 days once the offer period ends, i.e., on or before February 15, 2021.
• A customer can avail the cashback for the first valid transaction only in the offer period. Subsequent transactions shall not be applicable for cashback.
• Cashback applicable only for the first valid transaction, which is fulfilling all conditions, including Net Transaction Value, as mentioned in the offer details.
• Net Transaction Value shall mean the retail price of the products purchased less discount offered to the card holders at the retail outlets.
• The cashback is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the same.
• No two offers can be clubbed together. In case, the customer is eligible for two offers, the customer will receive the better of the two offers.
• This offer is applicable for purchases made from 10th October to 15th November 2020 (both days inclusive).
• The offer will be valid during the promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri and ICICI Bank.
• Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri and ICICI Bank have the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.
• The decision of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri and ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.

IV) Terms and conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri.
• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the customer/s with Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the customer/s under the said Offer offered by Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the customer/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The customer/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the customer/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the customer/s.
