What is the offer?
- Get ₹50 Off* on Electricity Bill Payment on payment via ICICI Bank Credit Card during the offer period on PhonePe
- Minimum transaction amount is ₹500 to be paid via ICICI Bank Credit Card only
What is the eligibility criteria?
- Valid on customer's first Electricity Bill Payment during the offer period on PhonePe
- Offer applicable only to consumers who are paying via ICICI Bank Credit Card
- Offer valid only if the electricity bill is paid through ICICI Bank Credit Card or ICICI Bank Credit Card (Min ₹500) + Wallet
- For example, if a bill payment of ₹500 is paid using ₹50 gift voucher balance and ₹450 through ICICI Bank Credit Card, then the offer is not eligible for the users
- Transactions paid for using ONLY wallet balance will not be eligible for the offer
- In case of payments where part of the amount is paid using wallet, the offer will be applicable on the total transacted amount.
What is the offer duration?
- From 00:00 hrs 1st November 2019 to 23:59 hrs 30th November 2019
How many times this offer can be availed?
- Offer can be availed only once per device and once per PhonePe registered user during offer period
How do I avail the offer?
- On your PhonePe app
- Click on Electricity Icon within "Recharge & Pay Bills" section of the app
- Select Electricity Provider
- Enter the "Account Number" or "Consumer Number" or "Service Number" or "K Number" or "CA Number" or "Customer number" of the electricity provider
- Check the amount to be paid
- Pick the payment option for the same
- Note: in case you hold a wallet balance, it will be automatically used for paying. Please uncheck the checkbox to not use the wallet amount
- Click on PAY BILL to complete the transaction.
What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?
- Once bill payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
- In case of a payment failure during the bill payment, the amount will be refunded back to you within 2 working days.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Offer is applicable on both iOS and Android devices.
- Any discount related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction.
- The transaction must be initiated using a PhonePe linked bank account and completed by the user within the PhonePe app
- PhonePe reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy decided by PhonePe from time to time.
- PhonePe has the right to amend the terms & conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute, Phonepe reserves the right to resolve the same as per the Terms & conditions of any offer at its sole discretion.
