Definitions

• "Alliance Partner” shall mean" HMD Global” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Card holders" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for the purposes of ICICI Bank credit and debit card services and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card(VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Cards, during the Offer Period
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period April 30, 2018 to May 31, 2018, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s internet banking/cards facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been unsuccessful /canceled /rejected by the Alliance Partner

Offer 1:

Get 10% cashback, up to Rs 2,600, on purchase of the Nokia 7 Plus on transactions using ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards.

Offer details:

• Offer valid till May 15, 2018
• Offer applicable on Credit and Debit Card transactions done at Pine Labs terminals
• Offer is not valid on Internet Banking transactions
• Cardholder needs to retain the copy of the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine charge slip for a period of 180 days
• Cashback would be credited on or before August 31, 2018
• Offer not applicable on Business, Corporate and Commercial Credit Cards.

Offer 2:

Get 5% cashback, up to Rs 1,300, on purchase of Nokia 7 Plus on transactions using ICICI Bank Credit and Debit Cards.

Offer details:

• Offer valid from May 16 to May 31, 2018
• Offer applicable on Credit and Debit Card transactions done at Pine Labs terminals only
• Offer is not valid on Internet Banking transactions
• Cardholder needs to retain the copy of the EDC charge slip for a period of 180 days
• Cashback would be credited on or before August 31, 2018
• Offer not applicable on Business, Corporate and Commercial Credit Cards.

III. Terms and Conditions on amazon.in

Offer I. (30 April – 15 May, 2018)

• This offer ("Offer") is being provided by ICICI Bank Limited ("Bank"), and HMD Global ("Participating Brand") and is made available on the website www.amazon.in or the mobile site or mobile application thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in") by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon").
• These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
• All residents of India holding a valid debit and credit card issued by the Bank (each a "Card") are eligible to avail the Offer (each a "Cardholder").
• The Offer is valid from April 30, 2018 to May 15, 2018, or until stocks of the Products (defined below) that are made available by the Participating Seller(s) (defined below) on Amazon.in last, whichever is earlier ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon (in its sole discretion), without any prior notice and without any liability.
• Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any variant of a new Nokia 7 Plus smartphone ("Product") on Amazon.in from any of the following sellers: Greenmobiles! (each a "Participating Seller"), and makes payment for the Product using the Card, will be entitled to receive a cashback of 10% on such purchased Product. In other words, customers who purchase the Product in accordance with the above and during the Offer Period will receive a cashback of 10% from the Bank.
• Each Cardholder can avail a maximum cashback of INR 2600 per Card under this Offer.
• The purchase of the Product will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange, applicable to the sale of the Product on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Product by the Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product), provided that the amount to be paid by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, using the Card.
• The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) will also eligible for this Offer.
• The cashback provided to Cardholders under this Offer is being jointly funded by Bank and Participating Brand, to the total exclusion of Amazon.
• The Offer can be availed only once per Card. In other words, in the event a customer avails the Offer using a Card in accordance with these Offer Terms, such customer will not be entitled to avail the Offer again using the same Card (whether such customer buys the same Product or a different variant of the Product).
• The cashback will be credited in the eligible Cardholder's account by the Bank by Aug 31, 2018. Any queries/issues relating to cashback will be entertained by the Bank only till Sep 15, 2018.
• This Offer is not valid on Business, corporate, commercial, EMI credit Cards issued by the Bank.
• This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded or the cashback will not be provided, as the case may be.
• Amazon and/or the Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• Amazon and/ or the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Delinquent and over-limit Bank's credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
• Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
• The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes will be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.
• All disputes between the Cardholders and the Bank will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and the Bank.
• This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of products other than the Product, or (ii) purchase of Products from sellers other than the Participating Seller(s), or (iii) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s).
• By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Amazon will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product(s).
• These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
• Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

IV. Terms and Conditions prescribed to ICICI Bank Card Holders:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the franchisees of Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the products and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the franchisees of alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products purchased by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed.
