Terms and Condition

I. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean Matrix Cellular (International) Services Ltd. (Matrix) who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card Services, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from March 15, 2018 to April 23, 2018, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to e ICICI Bank’s Credit / Debit Card facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Merchant prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• The offer can be availed on transactions done using an ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions available at Matrix Cellular that a customer might have received from Matrix Cellular or ICICI Bank.
• The offer is valid till April 23, 2018
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to Matrix Cellular at support@matrix.in or customer can also call at 9811288888/ 011-26800000
• Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of South Delhi courts only.
• All standard Matrix Cellular Terms & Conditions apply
• By availing the Offer, you hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Matrix Cellular & ICICI Bank retain the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.
• The decision of Matrix Cellular & ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed
• All issues/claims/disputes/complaints from the Customer on issues arising out of or in connection services pertaining to the Cardholder/s holding an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Mastercard credit card and/or ICICI Bank debit and/or any other card issued by ICICI Bank (the “Card/s”) shall be sole responsibility of ICICI Bank.

Cities:

In these cities, customers can opt for either online issuance or offline issuance of mobile protection plan. In other cities, customer has the option of online issuance to available the offer.

ICICI Bank prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• *ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Matrix Cellular (International) Services Ltd. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Matrix Cellular (International) Services Ltd directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• *ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Matrix Cellular (International) Services Ltd.
• *ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Alliance Partner or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• *The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Matrix Cellular (International) Services Ltd in this regard.
• *No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
