Definitions:

• "ICICI Bank Credit, Debit card holders" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for the purposes of ICICI Bank credit and debit card services and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Rupay/MasterCard/Maestro) and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Offer" shall mean 3X reward points provided by ICICI Bank on Travel, grocery, departmental store and super market or electronics purchase made using ICICI Bank Cards, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• Offer is only valid for customers who register for the offer through their mobile nos. registered with ICICI Bank.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from October 01, 2017 to October 20, 2017, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s cards facility/service.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been unsuccessful /canceled /rejected by the Alliance Partner.

Offer:

• Customer who register for the offer by giving a missed call on 7433 000000 or by SMS REWARDFEST to 5676766 from their mobile No. registered with ICICI Bank will earn triple reward points for all their purchases made on below segments
  • Grocery & department stores
  • Clothing
  • Electronics
  • Travel
• Triple reward points will be credited for purchases made from 1^st Oct,2017 to 20^th Oct,2017.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRESCRIBED TO ICICI BANK CARD HOLDERS:

• This offer is valid on ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Card held by individuals. This offer is not valid on Corporate & Commercial cards.
• Reward points will be applicable basis card type. Incremental 2X reward points will be credited if offer conditions are met.
• Additional 2X reward points will be credited to Customers Credit Card or Debit Card account within 90 days post offer period.
• Eligible transactions will be identified basis merchant category codes available with the bank during the time of the transaction. Merchant category codes classification is as per approved Visa/MasterCard/Amex guidelines.
• All queries with regards to the 3X reward points will be valid/open for escalation only up to 60 days post promo fulfilment date i.e 90 days post offer period.
• General Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank are applicable and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of this offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card members Agreement.
• Product warranty will be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the Warranty Card of respective products or brands.
• Neither Bank nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates nor Bank’s member banks nor any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively the “Promoters”) assumes any responsibility for the products & services offered by respective merchants. The products and services are sold or licensed or provided by individual merchants and the promoters accept no liability whatsoever in connection with those products and services.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
• Any dispute relating to this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the franchisees of Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the products and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the franchisees of alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products purchased by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed.
