ICICI MINE Amazon Vouchers Campaign

Offer Terms & Conditions:

  • For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"):
  • Account” shall mean ICICI Bank’s Mine Savings Account, which is KYC regularised and active during the programme/offer period
  • "Card" shall mean Debit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to Account Number - XXXX and is valid and subsisting during the programme/offer period
  • Customer/s” shall mean such customer/s who hold an ICICI Bank Mine Savings Account & to whom a Debit Card has been issued by ICICI Bank
  • To qualify for this offer, the customer has to credit the account using any of the available modes with the amount, as mentioned in the communication, during the offer period and make at least one purchase using the ICICI Bank Mine Debit Card or make at least one outward fund transfer using any of the payment modes
  • Voucher Amount: As communicated by way of e-mailer/SMS/notification, as per the discretion of ICICI Bank
  • There is no minimum amount required as spends on the Debit Card or for outward funds transfer
  • Cash withdrawals on ATMs & Wallet will not be considered as eligible transactions for the programme
  • Wallet upload/recharge, ATM cash withdrawal, Insurance or Mutual Fund payments, tax payments will not be considered
  • Cancelled and reversed transactions will not be considered under this offer
  • "Debit Card Payment" shall mean such purchase, which has been made by the customer/s on any retailer outlet or e-commerce site or online merchant payment gateway entering the card details, during the offer period
  • Retail Purchase” shall mean such purchase, which has been made by the customer/s by swiping the Card on any banks electronic data capture terminal, during the promo period
  • "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the retail or online merchant, prior to settlement with ICICI Bank. It shall also include such fund transfer, where the funds have been returned by the beneficiary bank, for whatsoever reason
  • Offer Period: Oct 1 to Nov 15, 2021
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the Terms and Conditions applicable to the account in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Programme/Offer:

  • Voucher shall be given only to those Customer/s who have qualified for the offer by meeting the offer criteria, within the offer period
  • Voucher will be shared with customer/s who have qualified on the Bank’s registered e-mail address and mobile number, within 90 working days of the end of the offer period
  • A customer shall be entitled to only one voucher corresponding to the total amount credited to the account & the total spends on the Debit Card and/or fund transfers made from the account, during the offer period
  • In case of any delay in issuance of the eligible voucher beyond 90 days, the customer is requested to contact the Bank. The Bank shall review the same and do the fulfilment within 2-3 working days, if the customer is eligible, as per the offer’s T&C
  • In case of a cancelled transaction and post cancellation of a transaction, the customer fails to quality for the offer, the voucher amount would be debited from the cardholder’s account, if the voucher code has been given already
  • No queries will be entertained 90 days after the closure date of the offer
  • Account should be active at the time of voucher disbursal
  • Only those customer/s whose KYC has been completed by ICICI Bank shall be eligible for the offer
  • The offer is not applicable to any ICICI group employees
  • Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

3. Other Terms and Conditions

  • The participation in the programme is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the customer/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai
  • All communication/notices with regards to this programme should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Phone Banking Center, ICICI Bank Tower, 7th floor, Survey no: 115/27, Plot no. 12, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad – 500032, India
  • In all matters relating to the programme, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects
  • These terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Mine Savings Account of ICICI Bank. All capitalised terms used, but not defined herein, shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions
  • ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the customer/s under the programme
  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Programme, without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the programme, without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever
  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant Establishment or Customer/s from the benefits of the programme, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the programme or otherwise by use of the Card at an ICICI Bank terminal
  • The programmme is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/ products/services for which such programmes cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
