Code of Commitment
The Bank is a member of the Banking Codes and Standards Board of India (BCSBI). As a member, we have formulated and adopted a Code of Commitment to Customers, in line with the guidelines provided by BCSBI.
The code
- Sets the minimum standards of banking practices for us to follow in our dealings with you.
- Provides protection to you and informs how we are expected to deal with you in the course of our day-to-day banking operations.
