Transfer funds conveniently through ICICI Bank Internet banking by following below steps –
Login to ICICI Bank Internet Banking
Under Payments and Transfer, click on ‘Fund Transfer’
Select the option – ‘Make International Transfers’ and click on ‘Send Money Now’ it will re-direct to Money2World Home page
On the right side, click on ‘Add receiver’
Select the Receiver category and add the receiver’s detail like name, address, country, currency, add receiver bank account details like Account Number, Bank name, SWIFT copy, etc. and once added verify the receiver through OTP received on the register Mobile number.
Post addition of receiver click on ‘Send Money’ to initiate the transaction by following the steps given below-
Select the destination, currency and the amount to be remitted
Select the purpose of remittance
Select from existing receiver or add new receiver
Select the source of money
Review and confirm the transaction by entering grid values of the Debit Card linked to the account and verify through OTP received on the registered mobile number/ registered email ID
Transaction reference number will be generated and amount will be debited from the account
The transaction shall get verified within 1 working day.
Transfer funds conveniently through ICICI Bank iMobile App by following below steps –
Log in to the ICICI Bank iMobile app.
Click on the ‘Send Money’ option, go to the ‘Transfer Overseas’ tab
Select the account from which the amount will be remitted and click on ‘Send Money Now’.
A new page of Money2World will open, Click on ‘Send Money’ to initiate the transaction
Select the destination country, currency and the amount to be remitted
Select the purpose of remittance
Select from existing receiver or add a new receiver
Select the source of money and accept the terms and conditions and declarations.
Limits –
The limit for online overseas fund transfer for ICICI Bank’s resident Savings Account holder from Online channel through ICICI Bank Internet Banking or iMobile App is up to-
USD 50,000 and equivalent per transaction
USD 250,000 and equivalent per financial year
Subject to any purpose specific limit specified by Reserve Bank of India.

Foreign Nationals holding ICICI Bank Savings account can now repatriate their salary earned in India to an overseas account using ICICI Bank Internet Banking by following the steps given below steps –
Login to ICICI Bank Internet Banking
Under Payments and Transfer, click on ‘Fund Transfer’
Select the option – ‘Make International Transfers’ and click on ‘Send Money Now’ it will re-direct to Money2World Home page

Select the option –Overseas account using Mony2World’
Select account type and repatriation mode
Repatriation from NRE SB via Wire Transfer
Repatriation from NRE SB via DD
Repatriation from NRO SB via Wire Transfer
Repatriation from FCNR FD via Wire Transfer
Repatriation from FCNR FD via DD
Repatriation from NRE SB via Wire Transfer/ Repatriation from NRO SB via Wire Transfer
Steps to transfer funds from NRO to Overseas Account
Login to ICICI Bank Internet Banking.
Click on "Funds Transfer" option under "Payments and Transfer"
Under "Overseas transfer using Money2World" select "Repatriation from NRO SB via Wire Transfer".
You will be redirected to the new Money2World Home page, click on "Send money"
Enter - Destination country, Currency, Amount and click on Next
Select your "Purpose of Remittance"
Select/Add your "Receiver" to whom you want to send money
Select "Source of funds" and accept the "T&Cs and Declarations"
Upload self-attested documentary proof of source of funds and Form 15CA/15CB, as applicable*
Review and authenticate your transaction.
Steps to transfer funds from NRE to Overseas Account
Login to ICICI Bank Internet Banking.
Click on "Funds Transfer" option under "Payments and Transfer"
Under "Overseas transfer using Money2World" select "Repatriation from NRE SB via Wire Transfer".
You will be redirected to the new Money2World Home page, click on "Send money"
Enter - Destination country, Currency, Amount and click on Next
Select your "Purpose of Remittance"
Select/Add your "Receiver" to whom you want to send money
