I) DEFINITIONS

• “Alliancepartner” shall mean Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd as “Snapdeal.com”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card/Prepaid card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• “Application” Application refers to Pockets mobile application of ICICI Bank which can be downloaded from iOS App Store and Google Play store for Android mobile operating systems to avail products and services offered by ICICI Bank through this mobile application
• “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card or Pockets
• “OfferPeriod” shall mean the period commencing from August 13, 2018 and August 26, 2018, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following "website" of the "Alliance partner" www.snapdeal.com
• "VoidTransactions"shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the "website"" of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary TermsandConditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
  
  All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria:

• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICIBank Credit Card or Debit Card user selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card user is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Credit Card or Debit Card user may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.

• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

• Minimum transaction size to be eligible for discount is Rs.2500.
• Supplementary Cardholders will be eligible for discount on their cards separately.

• The customer needs to select the bank offer on the payment page in order to avail the discount.
• The offer is also valid for EMI transactions on ICICI Bank credit cards.
• The discount is applicable over and above any promocode promotions running on Snapdeal.
• The discount will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer.
• If due to any technical reason or a time out, a transaction fails, is cancelled or cannot be completed for any reason, it may take approximately 30 minutes for the limit to get reinstated.

Detailed Terms & Conditions

• There is no need to enter the promo code. The Card member may add any product(s) from any category and enter his/her ICICI Bank Card no. to avail the offer.
• In case of a cancellation/refund, the discount amount will be deducted from the total refund due, while checking eligibility of the discount.
• This offer is being offered by the participating service establishment and would be fulfilled at the partner end only.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the ICICI Bank Card. No cash alternative is available.
• This offer is being made purely on a best effort basis. The Card members are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• ICICI Bank is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed by the Card members under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of the goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. ICICI Bank shall have no liability, whatsoever, with regard to the same.

• ICICI Bank & Snapdeal reserve its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without any prior notice to the customers.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.
• All offers are subject to partner terms and conditions.

• The offer is brought to you by the Alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating the offer on behalf of the Alliance Partner

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Credit card/ Debit card/ Pockets user(s)) due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Credit card/ Debit card/ Pockets user(s). Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Credit card/ Debit card/ Pockets user(s).
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Snapdeal, only up to a period of 2 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by Snapdeal.

• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.

ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Credit card/ Debit card user(s)) ceases to be an ICICI Bank Credit card/ Debit card/ Pockets user(s)) at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Credit card/ Debit card user(s)
