- The offer cannot be clubbed with any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ICICI Bank offer. In case the customer wants to avail any such offer, the above offer would not be applicable.

Other Terms & Conditions of Offer
- This “Discount / Cashback” marketing promotion (“Offer”) is run by ICICI Bank (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
- Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card / Debit Card (“Cardholder”) to make a purchase at the stores of merchant & the online website.
- Offer is valid on all weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 4th July 2021 to 31st December 2021 including both the days.
- Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
- Offer is valid on minimum purchase of Rs. 1,00,000 using eligible Credit Card / Debit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s stores or online website. (Eligible Customer).
- Benefit under this Offer is limited to a maximum of Rs 5,000/- per card per month.
- Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
- Offer not valid on ICICI Bank Commercial Cards & Amazon Pay Credit Cards.
- Reliance Retail & ICICI Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
- Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
- Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
- Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
- Decision of ICICI Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
- All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
- By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Reliance, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
